一个十字路口，我准备右转（在最右道），前面是两辆SUV停在路口。当我开到离它们
很近的时候（速度10~20麦吧）它们开始转，我也就跟着转了（我看了左边，其实左边
的直行车离我还有相当的距离，足够我转过去）。。。吃ticket的原因就是没有full
stop，的确是我的问题。大家觉得有必要上庭么（100刀的ticket）？还有就是会扣点
