station.
St louis has a very decent public transportation system, except the

立在如果他学历不造假就不会有今天的基础上）。如果不是他后来出了名，再加上可能
有人要整他，估计他学历的事未必会揭穿。
至于那位，我也佩服的紧，当然他做不大，另外人家公司或者没发现，或者发现了也懒
得理他，（那公司正忙着发样品，然后说自己有多少用户。。。 去纳斯达克圈钱，这
位仁兄很可能提前替那家公司完成了任务，所以他偷笑，那家公司说不定笑得更欢）
如果要从法律上讲，只要有人告或举报(不管是那家公司，或者买家），有证据，mail
fraud 估计是逃不掉的，如果这笔收入没有报税，理论上还有一个tax evasion，这两
个好像都是federal level felony.
当然我赌在实际上是没人管的。 |

Most of these Chinese resturants have less than 100 seats. For a waiter or
cook working in a Chinese resturant, the next career move is to be an owner.

All the other ppl may have different experience which does not mean that
your case will be that lucky. For example, the one with the badge case is
entirely different since she has "proof of payment" while you don't have.
Pls retain an experienced attorney who have handled similar cases to yours. |

service, yes it's OK to tip very little or none at all. But minimum service
should at least get minimum tip (10%).
The point is you should tip based on the service, not based on the server's
tax return. You're not the tax code enforcer. Even if they're going to
prison for tax evasion, that's no reason for you to not pay for their
service. |

回住处时因为极度疲劳，加上车刚好进站急着上车，忘记用clipper card付费。结果半
路上来两个检票人员，当场被抓。用各种理由解释，但无济于事，仍然被开了张notice
，要求几周后要么交罚款$280，要么出庭 "contest the violation"。
我刚从东部过来，第一次搭乘Light Rail，之前办的clipper card搭乘BART和Bus都没
出现问题，不熟悉Light Rail的付费系统，自己也疏忽大意，因此犯下了这个愚蠢的错
误。
请问：
1. 在这张notice上，写明了我的violation是"Evasion of Fare"，算Infraction（而
不是Misdemeanor，虽然我对这两者的区别也不是很明白)。这个violation算是什么级
别的犯法行为？会不会影响到我下一步的找工作，比如在背景调查时出现这个
violation，从而使得发出的offer被收回？
2. 事有凑巧，我今天恰好没有带任何ID证件在身上，因此提供的信息只是姓名，出生

编者按：2月5日，最新版iOS 6.1现在可以越狱了，也就是说iPhone 5和iPad mini也可以越狱了。通过越狱，设备可以连接一个叫Cydia的特殊程序店，从而使用苹果未审核通过的程序，用户还可以获得更多定制权。
据TechCrunch报道称，一个名叫Evad3rs的团队今天发布可用的iPhone 5超狱程序，还有其它一些使用iOS 6.0或6.1系统的设备也可以越狱了，只有三代Apple TV没有包括在内。
这几年来，苹果设备越狱越来越难，主要是苹果改进了安全措施，且缺少新的底层漏洞，这导致iOS系列产品越狱周期拉长。同时，苹果不断对iOS软件升级，修复越狱软件的漏洞，这也是越狱困难的一个原因。
