大部分的亿万富翁只是利用已经积累的资本（遗产）或者不公平的攫取（华尔街）来赚
钱， 不合理的税收让他们越来越富有。
富人投资创造工作是彻头彻尾的谎言。投资是赚钱的，不是创造就业的。 比如苹果微

刚搬到加州湾区不太懂租房的事宜。我在湾区的东湾从二房东手里租了一个卧室（和二
房东母女一起住一个townhouse)。 二房东和大房东都是广东人。 我7/1刚搬入，刚搬
入就发现和二房东生活习惯非常不同。 比方说她每天晚上9点就要睡，睡在厅里，所以
我即使在浴室洗个脸什么的她都嫌我吵。 我入住前和她说过我睡得比较晚，她当时说
没问题。 另外，本来入住前说好房租是含utility的，但在我入住后几天她看到我晚睡
，就说要涨我utility.
我和二房东之间没有任何正式合同，只是我交了押金，7月的房租后，她给我手写的收
据。 7/10时我和二房东，大房东说好了9/1搬出。 现在的问题是她动不动就威胁我如
果厨门关得重（晚上6点时）她就要扣我押金。 我就是怕她把我押金全扣了，想用之前
交的押金抵8月的房租。 当然她肯定不会同意，不知道这样会不会把我evict？

发帖数: 9421 | 47 去当地县里网站查具体驱逐步骤，州与州县和县都有差别。在加州oral agreement也算
合约，必须要走完驱逐全部程序。越快采取行动越好，否则超过一定日子就算建立了
residency，eviction的周期会更长。你收了他的定金算是有合约的，这种情况警察不
会管得，看来是个霸王住户，对法律比较熟悉。 |
