因为担心自己的O-1申请，所以瞎琢磨。去uscis网站看O－1的criteria，有这么两条：
Employment in a critical or essential capacity for organizations and
establishments that have a distinguished reputation
A high salary or other remuneration for services as evidenced by contracts
or other reliable evidence
如果我是和大公司file，那难道这两条都能claim？那我自己岂不是只要满足一条就够
了？多高的工资可以claim第二条？
还有O-1签证是和eb1b一样，还是1a一样？公司的sponsorship算... 阅读全帖 |
