这个应该可以用来回国了吧？返回美国的时候走Visa的通道？还是Green-Card 通道？
网站的状态现在还是Testing and Interview. 大概两周能收到绿卡吗？（7月29号要搬
家了). 如果收不到，要提前多久打电话给USCIS改地址（一天还是一周左右？）

楼主DIY的？
Original contribution，人家要求推荐人要好好讲讲原创性的细节，不是泛泛而谈。
光说期刊要求原创性没用啊，理论上所有的期刊都有原创性这个要求，在期刊上发表文
章是不能自证原创性的
Employment in a critical or essential capacity for organizations and
establishments that have a distinguished reputation，是这条的完整要求，楼主
是做到一个有“distinguished reputation"组织或公司的关键性高管了吗？
A high salary or other remuneration for services as evidenced by contracts
or other reliable evidence 这一条也不是随便交一封offer letter，说明年薪加福
利就可以的。楼主需要拿出证据说明同行业类似公司的类似位置，美国公民拿了多少薪

1. 关于推荐信：最近pumahunter的总结已经很具体，当io最初收到申请材料的时候，
最先看的应该还是推荐信和引用，然后基本上会有个决定rfe还是直接过。我的推荐信
很差，所以直接被rfe了。uscis rfe letter里的话是说推荐信的内容没有说明我的工
作对本领域产生了什么重要影响，注意只是单单指出你是第一个xx的是不够的，要加入

上看到说靠谱男还是谁提过，从法律上讲，做两份或者两份以上的工作，就要用EAD,因

的petition letter，开始准备NIW。看了几篇模板，发现有些疑问。
1. NIW 不需要列表格，油灯图等吗？为什么我看到的模板都没有这些，只有Exhibit？
2. EB1A的petition条理比较清楚，比方说我要claim三项，就从1，2，3几方面阐述。
但是NIW怎么感觉条理比较混乱呀？

拿移民签证入境的，移民签证盖上CBP普通的那个蓝色椭圆形的admitted的stamp就可以
当一年的临时绿卡用，并不需要专门的I-551 stamp。
移民签证上有这句话：
UPON ENDORSEMENT SERVES AS TEMPORARY I-551 EVIDENCING PERMANENT RESIDENCE

我刚搬到一个新的城市，于是在walmart网站上买过不少家具之类的东西。查账的时候
，突然发现walmart帐号里有两单iTune e-giftcard 的order, 不是我下的。一单被
walmart cancel掉，第二单成功，而且居然发了e-gift card到我的电子邮箱里！
我跟信用卡公司申诉，今天收到结果说，walmart提供了购买信息，以及已经把e-gift
card发到了我电子邮箱的记录。也就是说没有帮我argue成功。然后我又从order买单那
个地方发信给walmart，结果walmart推皮球，如所附。
难道这哑巴亏就这么吃定了？好恶心的walmart网购经历。不是在乎那$25，而是这个过
