6.5%中间变化，感觉不太稳定，我加个大电容 （220uF）后，EVM
稳定在4%以下，但是220uF体积太大，不可能用在production上，
各位大拿有没有别的cost effective的solution可以解决这个问题？

前几天刚卖掉此生属于我的第二辆车。由此想到了儿子们的第一辆车。
12年前，大儿子开始学车。我们给他从一在读的大学博士生那儿买了一辆美国 Focus旧
车，花了$1300。买时没注意，开回家后发现，这真是一辆名副其实的旧车。车速只能
开到40迈，要使劲踩才能再加点速。这也就意味着该车不能上高速。我们并没有为此感
到沮丧反倒是歪打正着地让我们放宽了心。一是等儿子驾车技术熟练后再上高速不晚；
二是刚开车规定不能带同学朋友，不能开高速也就没有什么人会有兴趣搭他的车。反
正刚学开车的儿子只需要上下学和去附近一老人公寓打工时用车，而周末的青年弦乐队
排练虽然稍远些，但也是可以避开高速路的。当然当他车技成熟后需要开高速时可用我
们的车。就着这辆旧车儿子平安无事地开了一年半，尔后就离家去康奈尔上大学了。他

发帖数: 966 | 21 到现在一共进行了2轮面试。第一轮电面，共3个人，全是技术问题。第二轮onsite，主
要是meet group，除了hr全是技术问题。
这次面的是SR RF System Engineer的职位，onsite一共面了3个小时，见了5个人。第
一个是HR,简单介绍了下部门的结构，所进行的项目。还问了现在公司的compensation
，貌似apple很人性，还特地问了之前公司给的relocation之类的要不要退还。总体感
觉就是，如果他们要你，很多东西都可以谈。比较shock的一点是，他们有时候会面100
多个人，最后只给1-2个offer。
后面的全是技术问题，2个印度人，1个黑人manager,1个白人manager。其中的3个都面
得非常不错，基本回答了所有的问题。但有个印度人，感觉是故意刁难，电面的时候曾
经被他放了3次鸽子。问的问题也极其的detail，如果你没做过类似的项目，不清楚他
们系统结构，打死也回答不出来的。
反正也不是特别想换工作，所以面试的时候心态很好，一点都没紧张。就是印度人让我
非常的pissed off。不过后来调整好了心态，整个过程还比较顺利。

Q B家现在半死不活，不怕累可以取苹果RF组，他家很喜欢招fresh ms，主要打杂经常
派到富士康出差做dirty work。收入一般，不过每年经常可以去深圳东莞爽。
RF好点不打杂的职位phd是标配，而且收入不高。趁年轻转马工也不错，能看EVM，弄清
楚IP3 CMOS管，去学hadoop没啥压力。
我当时phd毕业来湾区还是做RF的，那时Qualcom，Broadcom甚至apple也就10w出头，后
来照样转了码工 |

内科有很多program,申请的时候很难说全申了，所以需要做出选择，到底申请哪些，不
申请哪些？我的打算是：第一，从去年给IMG发过IV的list里面选。第二，自己实在喜
欢的。
