1) The investors, especially the retirees, get led/scared by the talking
heads to believe inflation is on the horizon **AND** TIPS is the best hedge
against it, so they bought up TIPS, albeit market says otherwise.
2) Or the market is wrong, and the future inflation is much higher than the
market implied.

combined though didn't improve the exacerbation of COPD but did improve
their lung functions and quality of life, you can add albuterol as rescue
inhaler; though it's COPD, but hey they are both obstructive diseasesm ain't

also, the new rival for advair is symbiocort for asthma, i think it just
came out a couple years ago, i haven't seen many people using it though,

allopurinol, avoid alcohol, things like that, but no allopurinol in acute

chest x-ray could be normal in patient with asthma, even in acute
exacerbation phase, so she needs a pulmonary function test with post
bronchiodilator response, looking for FEV1/FVC ratio and any improvement
post bronchiodilator use,
one thing to remember is that chronic aspiration and acid reflux would
worsen asthma,

syndrome, which is completely benign and nothing to worry about. Gilbert is
usually exacerbated by stress, and indirect bilirubin is much higher than
direct bilirubin.

can use indocin or almost any NSAIDS, but indocin is quite nephrotoxic, as
is colchcine,
systemic steroid is another way to go if you don't have poorly controlled
underling diabetes,

couple of hours. It ONLY exacerbates your sleeping problem. Lorazepam can
be used short term for anxiety, but you can develop tolerance (i.e. need

is also a short half time drug and may not be ideal for your case.

benefit.
Cortisone or other steroids are very effective at alleviating inflammation.
But if you don't treat the underlying cause of inflammation, the problem
will recur. A lot of the joint issues are caused by inflammation due to
wear and tear of the joint from over use, and compensated by worse posture
to avoid pain, but exacerbates joint damage and therefore more inflammation.
