In the notice of approval to sit for exam, there is nothing about license. I
assume that in most of states if Board approves you to sit for exam then
they will issue you a PE license after you pass the exam.Plz correct me if I
got wrong.
I know that in NY state you may take exam but cannot be licensed if you are
not a permanent resident or a citizen. And Nevada allows engineering
students to take PE exam earlier than it is supposed to be. In these two
cases, passing exam will not necessaril |

天去看他的cousin's first college hockey game，问能不能提前或推后考试。这个一
般该怎么处理？
如果给他提前考了，会不会成为其他学生要求推后补考待遇的借口？
Btw, 我的syllabus 里面是这么写的： There are no make-ups for exams. If you
miss an exam, the final exam percentage score will replace the missed exam
grade. 是不是坚持follow这个policy比较好呢，但是又不想太不近人情。。。这个
policy还是拷贝的别人的。当时也没多想。

保险也是VSP，隐形眼镜要contact lens exam保险不cover，但提供15% discount,exam
和contact lens allowance一共$125，12个月。
这个contact lens exam大概多少米？ 90左右？
还有大家都是去vsp网站上查到的vsp doctor那里做eye exam和配眼镜吗？还是其他眼
镜店啊。

the syllabus I need to study. Then, I will be questioned orally for three
hours.
The advantage of this exam is that it can be very easy if the professors are
kind.
The disadvantage is that it is oral. Language may be a problem. Besides, if
there is a strict professor in the committee, it can be very hard.
I think most of Chinese prefer written exam.

A six-page proposal, (including the past work and future proposal), 15-minite
presentation, 5-15m question time.
The PhD exam in the physics department of Mcgill is written exam. It is said
more difficulty than SUB.
In the physics department of Montreal univ, a proposal (100 pages), a long
presentation, and questions. Passing the qualifying exam means you almost get
PHD.

1）先约REG到11月，不知怎么回事，点了complete按钮以后，confirmation page显示
不了，想再重新来，结果告诉Code已经用过了，可根本没有收到confirmation email。
打他们的电话等了很久也没真人。
2）一开始不知道3，6，9，12月不能考，结果FAR约到了3月7号，还收到了
confirmation email（如下），怎么回事? 改规则了？3月能考？
