Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

作者），4年期间已经和专利的Examiner往复信件3次了，主要是Examiner逐条批驳了我
们的专利和某一美国专利及其雷同（当时我们并没有查到这个专利），我们也进行了回
复。
现在收到了专利的Examiner的Final notice,根据学校的管专利的律师说我们还能争辩
最后一次。律师要求我提供或者再次挖掘自己专利中与另一专利不同的地方。但是我仔
细研读了那个专利，并且也研读了Examiner的评论，发现Examiner非常的picky,逐一拒

平心而论，我们的专利的确跟那个98年的专利很雷同（制作方法的步骤是一样的，只是
在每一步骤中的细节是略有不同，Examiner说大步骤相同，只是细节不同，是不能授予
专利的）。在这种情况下，自己也很绝望了，如何再次挖掘自己专利中的闪光点，并提
