excavation contractor敲榨过的。通常excavation contractor先接下活来干上两周，
然后等construction management company和developer scheduled好next phase work
的时候用威胁停工来拉价格。NYC里面，推迟一天的成本就是１００K， excavation
contractor要加个５０K很多时候也得给了。然后他们又改个名字继续搞。
我还真没见过哪个老中做excavation contractor，其实只要不乱加价，名声好起来以后估计有得
做. 活是低级的，不过等赚够自己机器后能赚不少，25％+的毛利也不少了 |

四年前买的房子， 后院有个挺大的水泥 inground游泳池, 离房子也比较近。游泳池的
周围是山坡，树木很多， 孩子们只能在sideyard上玩。 原房主当年是把山坡挖平了。
到镇里查了记录，应该是1974年建的，明年就40年了， 比我还老。
用了两年，感觉挺麻烦，主要是
1．我的游泳池没有heating，全靠太阳加热， 而且到三点以后树荫就遮住了， 所以一
年算下来最多能游不超过两个月， 基本一个月左右。利用效率太低。
2． 每年open/close游泳池， 买chemical， 多出的水电费， 也差不多要$800左右了
。
3． 周围树太多， 每年从游泳池里面捞树叶很累
4． 有个大水塘在后面，总是个安全隐患。 虽然我周围有栅栏，有门锁着，但还是担
心。原来房主没有cover，我买了个大帆布cover， 没舍得装专门的safety cover, 估
价要$2000多。 大帆布cover因为没有象safety cover那样蹦紧，会上面有积水，没
open的时候等于养蚊子， 还有过青蛙，和其他虫子，比较烦。

excavation cost of some major miners. Most of the time, I wouldn't touch
commodity itself since it's almost impossible to estimate the value of a

就有多个offer了。
最近新出来一个房子，价格合理，位置不错，看过了户型结构也满意。只是看到zillow
上咋个房子上半年卖过一次，然后又撤了，过了四个月才又出来卖。让agent帮忙查一
下背景。
Agent动作很快。原来上次有过offer,结果inspection 发现structural的问题，就撤了
。房主这几个月把上次查出的问题进行了structural repair,并由同一个inspector出
具了一个报告，说明上次的问题已经解决，所以又可以上市了。我们自己看不出问题，
报告上的术语也是大概猜测，有懂行的帮忙看一下吧

看了文章就知道了。其实对夏朝的认识牵涉到中国学界对三代考古和历史的思潮变换，
所谓的信古，疑古，释古，以及现在的反思。顾颉刚搞了古史辩派之后，疑古思潮兴起
，不过很快随着甲骨文的出土和释读，王国维提出二重证据法，印证了史记的殷王世系
，基本上疑古就是少数派了。发展到现在，受政治/民族的需求影响，以李学勤为代表
的很多人提出了释古，即以考古来解释史书。
