这个是在非碰撞情况下使用的，比如我们自己不小心趁坏的？
（2）Collison
这个我觉得是不是应该deductible越低越好？250刀差不多嘛？一旦修车有时候就是

但是今天看GEICO的保险发现有一项Mechanical Breakdown Insurance (MBI），半年$
56，保up to 7y/100K miles, deductible $250. 刚刚给GEICO打电话问了MBI的事情，
被告知这个就相当于extended warranty，只不过有250的deductible而已。

trip，说可以给我寄certified check,然后会有搬家公司来搬运，她说会给我excess
fund然后让我把多余的给搬家公司，我一直跟他说你可以寄certified check但是必须
等支票clear之后才能开始搬运，另外给我的支票仅给买床的费用，我不给搬运的人任

支票，说信任你之类的。等到你存入这张支票，骗子又会编造各种理由来让你退回去多
余的钱。但是你退回去的钱是真的，他寄给你的支票是假的。这类骗局曾在买买提上被

the gain (and you can't avoid it anyway even you convert to regular IRA).

表达的意思。
第二段话：
第一句话，说有EXCESSIVE PET NOISE， “大大地faint”， 这个FAINT我以为是PET声
音大，很FAINT， 解决办法应该是让租客，减小噪音，才是， 我看到后面却是说要加
“加房租，加non refundable cleaning fee,可能还应该加deposit”， 我很CONFUSED

第二句话，查了以前的lease,没有写pet的事。不知道是什么时候有的。LEASE 上没写
PET的事，那就没有 PET的事， LEASE以你手上签字的LEASE为主，有就是有，没有就没
有。 难道手上的LEASE居然，被鬼还是神改了，我很CONFUSED。
