原子的中心是质子（正极）和中子（中性），把它当作地球的话就是说它有引力。距离

一定数量的电子，量子物理的基础就是当能量够了的时候，电子就可以越级跳到更高级

spin)两个电子，p型是3对正反转的6个电子（立体3维的前后，左右，上下6个方向）。一层

但是从1882年，美国国会通过《排华法案》（Chinese Exclusion Act）开始（这是美
国法典里唯一一部完全针对特定国籍和族群的章节），美国对亚裔的迫害是制度性的和
持续性的。亚裔和白人不能通婚的限制直到1967年在美国一半的州都有效。怀俄明州禁
止亚裔拥有土地的法律在2001年才废除（Alien Land Law）。既然对华裔的歧视贯穿美
国历史，那么华人就有完全的正当性去要求社会对歧视华人的言行严肃对待，主张属于
华人的政治正确。“杀死中国人”在美国的土地上真实地发生过，决不能有任何人把它
当成无伤大雅的玩笑。

这么歧视的法案也能通过，竟然还屡次被加强和延期，一共存在了80多年，从1882到
1965.真是让人叹为观止。
加州的类似法案更加令人发指，其中有一段是将婚姻的，中国人不能与白人结婚：
the law in California that Chinese people were not allowed to marry whites。
