发帖数: 4704 | 3 我从去年六月懵懵懂懂地来到这个版上，问了JWE无数问题，现在他叫我做点关于HR3012的事情，我当然一口答应，何况这个项目将会帮助PD是2009下半年到2010年年初的EB2早日拿卡，帮助2010年下半年到2012的EB2早日递交I-485呢！
至于EB3,现在应该看到85%的数字太高，参院已经有人出手。有人估计最后能以75%过关，有人估计最后能以60%过关，有人估计更低。如果EB3有能人，可以算一个对EB3C利益最大化的数字，我们一起放在项目里。如果没有人算，我们就用老猪下面跟帖里面说的50%。这个数字将能够有效卡住EB3I，帮助EB3C排期大进。
但是现在的情况是：NIU财源枯竭、经验丰富的EB2老ID披绿而去、满脸兴奋的EB2新ID以为马上自己就可以调整身份甚至以为交了485就等于拿到了绿卡、不老不新的EB23们只想做看客讨包子起热哄聊为消遣。
我有一个在参院做幕僚的朋友，年近四十，快混出头了，明年会回本州居住，然后竞选众议员。我于是向他讨教。我是这么说的：

的petition letter，开始准备NIW。看了几篇模板，发现有些疑问。
1. NIW 不需要列表格，油灯图等吗？为什么我看到的模板都没有这些，只有Exhibit？
2. EB1A的petition条理比较清楚，比方说我要claim三项，就从1，2，3几方面阐述。
但是NIW怎么感觉条理比较混乱呀？
请有经验的前辈指点迷津，小女子不胜感激！

building共五层，我的房子在五楼），lobby进水了还没修复等等，十二月份房租到现
在还没付。后来我给了几封email update, condo association 也修复了电梯，lobby
的装修还在进行。今天写信要房租，她又说什么nconveniences endured之类的只肯付
一半多点。我还没回信，想先等他明天把一半的房租付了再说。打算写i will give

只有一个盎司的可能性，私了+推个把被告员工出去自保才是common practice，不然等
人告了也是要出血，还陪上公司的名誉，太不划算了。
不过也不排除原告要搞一票大的，在yahoo内部调查的时候故意withhold evidence，真
上庭了再出手，不过那样的话她就不能跟yahoo要经济赔偿了吧？

个学校的第一／二名都去了藤校之类的牛校。而Allen的高中今年居然是Examplary，但
第一名只去了一个名不经传的大学（也可能我孤陋寡问哈）。
也有朋友说Accountability的评定更注重于整个学校的成绩，尤其是差生。所以对于我
们亚裔的并不见得是好事，因为老师都focus在学习差的学生身上。

裔也很多。

发帖数: 518 | 48 对，那两个builder不怎么样，但是avery ranch的房价一直很稳定，比brushy creek这
边好很多，这边的builder也就david weekly还马马虎虎，其他也都是烂货。
westwood，至于它什么升级至exemplary的，我没打听过，但看看排名就知道，2006年
2007年的排名在有些网站上甚至超过westlake，一直在100名左右，从来没有比
westlake差很多。
要说亚裔，westlake当然有，要说很多，和westwood比可是差远了，westlake 9%亚裔
， McNeil 11%亚裔，而westwood 22%的亚裔。看来你对亚裔很多的这个标准要求太低

发帖数: 145 | 49 不气。说说我住在DS的感受和我不喜欢Austin里面的房子的原因吧。
第一， 现在DS有几个大的subdivision,住户的构成成分应该和circle c差不多，反
正我现在的neighbourhood非常friendly.
第二， 290west 不堵车。Y路口的traffic我觉得在我可以忍受的范围。如果上班不
赶在最最高峰的时候，是可以接受的。反正不会比183差。而且实在不行还是有back up
route的。再说不是要修桥么，管他什么时候修好呢。
第三， DS新开了HEB, CVS, Home Depot,对付日常生活足够了。Shopping 还可以去
Bee Cave, 不用过Y.
第四， 学区好。Belterra有自己新建的小学，DS小学高中都是exemplary.当然不能
和westlake和westwood比。但是没办法，资金有限，westlake和westwood买不到我想要
的房子。
我为什么不喜欢Austin 里面的房子。
我喜欢一层的，新房子还要大lot.
