能源，利率的exotic 定价在高级面和股票的不太一样。基本都是以BS为基础的。
能源的定价比较邪门，据说有很多人用技术图。
利率的定价Libor和multi-factor据多。
PDE除了Libor model,其他都可以用Feyman Kac转化。不过如果有jump,得出的是IDE，
数值解法我不清楚，不过不难。可以去Wilmott上找篇文章看看。
PDE我觉得是最好的选择，因为速度快，稳定。不过如果模型比较奇怪的话，就需要用
摸拟了。 |

basically core wites SLANG (security language) which is a scripting language
used in GS. core writes the parser, the front end, the debugger. And Secdb
(security database). core only write codes that would be used by most of the
500+ strats.

products, they do need to spend time coding cash flows, and combining

work but who will eventually move over to the trading side. Strong
communication skills is desired. Prefer someone who has exp in midcurves (

一个玩具，这跟大部分车不一样，大部分车都是工具。当然有人说我买了超跑commute

来的用途，超跑就是来玩儿的。超跑可以是很好的泡妞工具，不过这就相当于你在拿一

是因为image不行，所以不够exotic吧？稀有性是结果，不是原因。或者说是必要不充
分条件。
凭感觉说，我觉得跟corolla一样，exotic也有惯性...chevy + corvette这个brand
image的惯性，想要达到exotic level路远了。。。就像造个exotic的mustang一样,你
想这些个都是平民跑车蓝领跑车的品牌形象，跟贵族般的exotic实在距离远啊。
但真要说什么条件可以充分推出exotic...那个太多了，而且每人都有自己的看法了。

全，成本各方面的折衷，形状大体上都差不多，高度不会太低，发动机前置以节省空间
，肚子很大以保证客舱空间，有个大trunk或者屁股用来装行李。Sports car碳大你也
知道是设计来突出操控的，所以空间大小不考虑，发动机很多中置或后置或前中置来平
衡配重，车身低矮降低重心，有各种进气口来导流空气散热，看来就不是买菜车，这就
是我理解的exotic。当然超跑在这样serve the purpose的基础上还可以在艺术设计上
更加exotic，比如兰博基尼法拉利发动机上方要开窗露出来给人看，以显示它有一颗强
大的心脏，菜车是不大可能这么搞的。到了最后这是一个主观的东西，比如nissan的
deltawing绝对exotic，但是可能很多人对这设计不来电，而现在的法拉利兰博基尼路
上人看到了都会说这车牛。有可能过了20年delta wing成了超跑的主流，那时的人又感
觉现在的超跑设计落后了，就像我们现在看当年的超跑没有现在的犀利一样。 |

多你可能会归于超跑的车更exotic，比方说，Corvette从90年代的C5起就是前中置引擎
加后transaxle结构。横置单片复合材料叶片弹簧的设计也是独一无二。在我看来这肯
定是exotic了。和C5同时代的Aston Martin的旗舰车型Vantage，还是body on frame，
后悬挂还是De Dion非独立，引擎、变速器位置和普通轿车没两样。到本世纪初的V12
Vanquish，引擎和变速器位置也还是普通轿车式的。90年代到本世纪初的Ferrari高端
车型，包括456、550、575M，都是用到了后transaxle，但并没有用前中置的引擎布局
。本世纪的SLR McLaren则是前中置引擎但没有用后transaxle……C5再往前溯，C4的后
悬挂是很特别的每侧带双拖曳臂的多连杆布局，引擎前中置，变速器用过4MT串联2AT的
独一无二的设计，高性能版的C4 ZR-1用的DOHC 4V引擎也有很多在20多年前算很fancy

投资银行一般主要有两条盈利线。Investment Banking和Global Market。前者是由一
群从不睡觉的“banker”组成的黑社会，主要做企业的上市，并购等和资本运作相关的
业务，收取非常可观的费用作为盈利。后者是一帮以“trader”为核心的庄家兼赌徒，
对全球各种金融产品进行定价和交易，赚取利润。
我对Investment Banking的理解仅限于电影“亲密敌人”里的黄立行，所以也无法展开
细说。但是就凭非死不可开盘能卖在42块，我对他们的工作怀有滔滔的敬仰。
来详细说说Global Market全球市场这一块吧。全球市场大致可分为Fixed Income固定
收益类产品（外汇，大宗商品一般归入Fixed Income）和Equity股票类产品。由于固定
收益产品的交易一般只针对全球各类基金,银行和央行（个别外汇交易除外）,所以大家
对它的了解也许不如股票交易。但是其实无论从资金量，交易量，利润等等来看，固定

又到了每个月赌美国就业数据的日子。
之前的亚洲交易日非常安静。前一天美国良好的新增失业数据还在各个市场消化。悉尼
利率市场一开盘已经被推高了几个基本点。SP期货也表现尚可。
亚洲以澳洲为先的利率市场,经历了较好的中国PMI，澳洲房地产数据等一系列利好消息
之后,却一直没能巩固走空的方向。一方面美国的飓风和政治（总统选举和伯南克的去
留）正成为推高利率的阻力，而另一方面德国央行行长对希腊的谈话，日本央行的失望
，挥之不去的对中国的担心，加上低迷的股市让各家投行交易员不敢轻易确立方向。毕
竟周五的就业数据和下周二的澳洲央行会议才是决定澳洲利率方向的重头。
我周一开始建立空仓，C行发出的飓风影响（短期影响被高估，中长期重建对GDP有利，

首先我知道你说的室友是谁，我们关系很不错，他是我老公室友，他老婆是我室友，我
们挨着两个unit住，他俩忙着结婚是在我跟我老公早婚的影响下结的。他俩结婚生孩子
这事对于其他人来说是个秘密是个谜团，但我俩知道，我俩理解他们。他们自然对我们
只会有好评，但在你这就一句“倒也没什么负面的”带过。。ok吧随便你了，至少没给
我造谣。。。
看你对蛇这个宠物有fear of the unknown我就给你科普一下。蛇属于exotic pets，不
属于大众宠物例如猫狗，美国有专门的exotic pet store，你有时间去看看开开眼界，
可以帮你缓解不理智的恐惧。他俩对我们的exotic pets表示好奇，吃东西的时候都要

animals. Because for MA (where I'm from), exotic animals need a vet-
specialist. In the past I saw a car hit a squirrel, the little squirrel was
still alive so I took him to the nearby vet, the vet refused to treat him
because squirrel are "wildlife" and vet needs a special license for that.

order flow as you said. likewise the exotics desks falls into "structured
flow".
So it is more understood as "flow" vs "prop", rather than "flow (listed
products)" vs "exotics". It refers to non-prop trading, sort of a market
maker for larger orders and OTC's.

希腊这种事也要行业协会开会搞，你说open exchange trade
这种东西该有多大的问题
标准化是一个思路，但不是那么容易的，就好比国债这样，花
头太多是很大的问题。exotic参数还要多，真要标准话，能搞
出几千几百种products，等于没有搞，放在exchange上那些冷门
的东西根本没人来trade，equity这种order book style肯定不行
，还是需要指定designated MM，结果搞来搞去还是interbank这
种老一套。要是容易搞，ICE上面的试验田早就开始搞了
当然这些事情反过来argue也可以，可以说exotic的东西竞争减少
（不少2线的IB都不玩了），margin加大，而且inventory有极度
prop化的趋向，所以反而有发大财的机会，哈哈，这玩意儿谁也
说不准呀 |
