封装起来成一个函数 extract(x, A, B)，看似没问题吧？结果用户在不同的两个线程里
用到了 extract(x, a, b) 和 extract(y, b, a)，你就死锁啦！
而且 delete 和 insert 的具体实现也不一定非要 whole table lock 不可。
后面那个 atomic 的写法显然需要 global lock，正确性是有了，但是没效率。 |

or pGBKT7 for Y2H) present at around 100 copy per cell. You usually cannot
extract enough plasmid for the subsequent experiments such as sequencing.
Transform the total DNA to E. coli then extract the plasmid is much easier
then directly extract from yeast. |

富的大侠们对此的看法。
实验大致上是用喷雾剂喷出一些virus stock suspension，接着用gelatin filter收集
这些带有病毒的小颗粒，然后把gelatin filter溶解在beef extract溶液中，最后用
infectivity assay测病毒的感染性，以及用qPCR测总共病毒的量。
照理qPCR测的是病毒DNA/RNA，而在雾化和空气传播过程中病毒又会失掉一些
infectivity，所以qPCR结果应该要比infectivity assay得到的值（TCID50或PFU）要
高，但是尝试了几种动物病毒和噬菌体之后，qPCR给出的结果都要比infectivity
assay要低（有的甚至低大于一个数量级）。
qPCR的standard curve就是用已知浓度的virus stock系列稀释之后做的。考虑过
gelatin filter和beef extract对viral nucleic acid extraction的影响，也做了几

EMSA里的学问还是挺大的，你得做做optimisation，否则结果不会好看的。
首先，你用的是nuclear extract还是纯化的蛋白？纯化的蛋白要比nuclear extract好
很多，不过如果你的蛋白不是transcription factor的话，也只能用nuclear extract
了，细节可以看看研究转录的圣经《Transcriptional Regulation in Eukaryotes:
Concepts, Strategies, and Techniqes: Concepts, Strategies and Techniques》
盐浓度也很重要，很多蛋白－DNA都是salt dependent，而且不同蛋白需要的optimal盐
浓度不一样，比如SRF我们用150 mM盐，但是150mM盐做Forkhead的话，基本上都是非常
弱的binding，调到75 mM正好适合Forkhead。所以需要做个salt titration.

All 12 boys and their football coach have been found alive after nine days
missing in caves in Thailand, in a drama that gripped the nation.
They were discovered by two British divers on a ledge in a cavern after a
marathon search operation in the Tham Luang caves in Chiang Rai.
The challenge now will be to extract the party safely, with rising water and
mud impeding access.
Families of the missing group were ecstatic at news of the rescue.
