估计是头一天跑步心率比较高，然后加上下午的Burn It Off，
能量好像都消耗光了，很慢，却跑得十分吃力，其实心率并不高。
以后周末得多吃点carb，看是不是好一点。
6/27: CLX Push Circuit 2 + TF Stretch 10
比上周略微加了点重量。
6/28: CLX Burn Intervals + Extreme Abs
戴了心率计，结果发现心率比想象的低很多。平均才115，最高是
155。那是我做了26个burpee，并且每个burpee还做一个俯卧撑以
后的最高心跳。DVD里面才只做了20个。其实都是感觉心率很高，
氧气严重不足的样子，远比平时跑步到160下心跳的时候难受。却
没想到心率并没上来很高。可能是年纪大了，心跳上得比较慢。

最近闷热，虽然早晨6点就起床跑步，好像还是受影响。Pace慢了很多，
但好歹把14miles跑下来了。路上吃了个GU。
7/18: Rest
计划好的休息。上周有点缺觉，好像有点疲劳了。
7/19: TF Fire 45 EZ & Sculpt 30
计划中应该是Fire 45 EZ加Stretch 10，我改成补昨天的Sculpt 30了。

很久没跑Interval了，这次跑了个mile repeats。第一个跑慢了点，后

前一天的18miles跑得有点辛苦，Long run之后不休息，反而要补周六的doubles，
腿和脚都还有点酸，遂决定去GYM的EFX（椭圆机之一种）机器上“跑”了6迈，主
要是non-impacet。
8/1: TF HIIT 25 & Tone 30
这些Sculpt和Tone的练习相对来说强度不太大，不过我最近因为每周加跑三次，不
敢上P90X才用的这个Hybrid，这种强度倒是还比较合适。感觉最近比较适应这个训
练计划了。以前每天觉得累和酸，现在好像都可以基本恢复了。
8/2: TF Fire 45 EZ & Ab Burner
8/3: AM: 6 miles running w/ 4 miles tempo

继续前一天连续两天Long Tempo的计划，完成的和预想的差不多。
天气也不错。从今天的pace来看，昨天确实至少应有9:30的Pace。

9/5: Hiking 5 hours
周末两天在山上和朋友们度过，上山前先锻炼了，第二天则只是爬山而已。还好
这个trail有点难度，回来以后感觉挺累的，也就没再锻炼了。
9/6: TF Fire 45 & Stretch 10
重新回到早晨5点起床锻炼。不过，前两天的Lean Circuit做完，现在胸肌居然
很酸，也是少见的，以前我强化练BP的时候好像都没这么厉害。估计和最近老想着
减肥，锻炼完了以后没喝recovery drink有关。
9/7: 4 miles running (w/ 3x800 intervals)
早晨闹钟响醒了不想起，决定下午跑步。
总算开始跑步了。感觉还是没太恢复好，下班后带孩子上钢琴课，晚上7点多才开
始跑，虽然跑前吃了些东西，还是饿了，于是减量，距离减少，Interval的次数
也减少。

铁人三项版，那些游泳2.4迈，骑车1百多迈后，在连着跑26.2迈在15个小时内完成的，

发帖数: 11 | 21 今天总算收到paddlepalace寄来的球拍，本来应该上周五到，结果UPS给拖到今天。
底板是Joola K5, 正手用tango extrem 2.1mm, 反手用tango 2.1mm.
晚上去体育馆打球，不同球拍感觉就是不一样，用惯了老球拍，用新球拍发现自己
不会打球了，以前我正手基本以暴拉和暴冲为主，只要球出台或者比网高，我都会
加大力气去拉/冲，并且成功率也比较高。但今天正手试了几个，自己感觉基本上都
是90%把握的球，今天却大部分都打出去了，球友也借机在伤口上撒把盐，说技术
是主要的，云云，搞得我很郁闷。看来正手还要一段时间去适应，慢慢找感觉。
反手感觉倒是很好，球友连续几个大力前冲球都被我挡回去了，并且弧线很低平。
反手拉球也很不错，平时反手从来没有今天这么自信，可能是这个球拍柄握的比较
舒服的缘故。
还是客观的说说板子吧，K5板子不厚，也不重，柄是空心的，弹性挺大，底劲还是
比较足的，特别是自己正手中台发力的时候，打出的球特暴，明显感觉板子形变后
反弹回去的感觉。不过不好的是近台我现在还不太敢发力，因为拉出来的球的弧线
过於低平，所以在近台打半高球时经常出现下网出界的 |

所以近台拉球时最好用幅度小但爆发力很强的快拉，这样球很转又有弧线，准确率
很高又有杀伤力。中远台可以就有多大劲使多大劲，发力后打出的球特暴！另外，
扣高球的时候需要注意拍型，因为K5在发力时形变很大，打惯硬板的人会不大习
惯，拍型控制不好很容易出界。目前我正手还没有很好适应，但反手能力有很大提
高，被动时挡球的上台率也很高，弧线也不高，球也很快，让敌人连续进攻能力减
弱。今天和球友打，平时很少赢他，今天竟然打了个2：2，真是出乎意料。 |

overscan problem which can't be corrected at all unless you use weird
resolution. I don't have overscan on 720X480 though, but the full screen
does not seem right. what I did before is to set it to 1920X540 (which is
so extreme that the font become sooo narrow! unreadable at all), then
set powerdvd or windvd NOT to keep retio when zooming, this way windvd will
expand the picture to cover the entire 1920X540. However, this wor |

BTW: The metal case really sucks. It was extremely tight. Once you pull the

again!

不舒服。大概就是911失去爸爸的小孩通过寻找钥匙的意义接触不同的人自我治疗的故
事，一边挖掘他痛苦的原因，一边给他治愈的契机。可是他的痛苦让我很不舒服，他最
后的痊愈不能让我释放升华这个不舒服的感觉。不像我看the Readers, 我也是开始看
那个小孩在法庭上看着他曾经的情人成为被告为他难过，可是在后来他寄给在监狱中的
她的阅读录音中，我觉得他得到了自我救赎，不再为他难过。也许Extremely Loud and
Incredibly Close这部片子里，他无以治愈，结尾不能让我感动，不能让我把在前面
积压的负面情绪释放出来，前面的铺垫没有达到任何高潮，也没有任何深刻的启示，让
人觉得生命一片灰暗。而且我觉得美国人对911有话语权。Tom hanks 老了也胖了，演
得没什么特别出色的，不过那个演grandpa的更老了，穿灰色西装依然有绅士风度，眼
神里关切疼爱，戏份不多却演得很好，他有提名奥斯卡倒是很应该。 |
