complaint.结果一天后就更新到了下一站. 不知真去查了还是巧合?
以前我打电话去问USPS,他们推说海关可能扣着,但我打到NY海关,他们说挂号信不太可

4.3.1 Chase Community Giving 美国摩根大通银行社区筹款项目
2010 年初的大通银行社区筹款竞赛是 OCEF 在 2010 年的第一个大型项目。募捐组与
其他各
组组成 CCG 组委会，在北美，中国，甚至欧洲各国华人论坛和 Facebook 发动网民投
票。此次筹
款竞赛有超过 5000 个中小型 NGO 参赛，在网民的支持下，OCEF 最终入围 TOP100 决
赛圈，获
得$50,000 奖金。虽然未能夺取百万大奖，但此次网络筹款大赛与 AGC（America
Giving Challenge)
对 OCEF 的筹款影响重大。 OCEF 第一次全力发动网民投票捐款，以新晋网络社交工
俱筹款之
餘，更网罗大批支持者。对 OCEF 管理层而言，此次竞赛活动对 OCEF 这样一个由义工
运营的
慈善组织是一次重大考验，锻炼了 OCEF 的活动组织能力，协调能力，以及申请基金
会资金的
项目管理。

微生物培养、鉴定的facility，etc.
混进facility就是指在这种facility里工作，跟说某人混进某
研究所的测序core facility一样。 |

这个行业混了一段时间后想换方向的朋友。 抛砖引玉，欢迎补充。
先说下本人背景，国内普通学校土木本科毕业，后来在美国某偏僻小角落前50学校土木
MS毕业，本科都差不多，研究生是construction方向，一直对结构没有信心。毕业之后
在大城市GC蹉跎了一年的时间（也不算，开卷有益），之后转战到healthcare行业，现
在在做healthcare相关的facility和project manger工作。目前运行项目的小到十几万
，大到十几个M （long shot），更大的就不细说了，healthcare很多时候和政策关系
很大。背景补充完毕。
先说下我为什么写这篇文章， 原因就是从去年十一月开始准备招个人，广告放出去了
，前前后后一共有大概70几个人应聘但是没有一个中国人。应聘的有老美，有很多孟加
拉人，大量印度人，还有海外的像香港，巴西，非洲某国 （实在没细看，基本海外的
都pass了）。 在美国国内的基本只要第一轮过了我都给了oniste或者skype的机会。坦

发帖数: 645 | 44 平时很少灌水，今天看见楼主这贴，忍不住要冒个泡。我是building 结构背景，现在
在东北部那个牛校牛医院最多的城市。我现在做的大部分是大学的教学楼，实验室，学
生宿舍，还有就是博物馆这样的公共建筑，医院的项目做过一两个不多。因为是项目经
理，再加上公司对我们这些中层还有BD的要求，所以不光和建筑师还和facility
manger以及Owner's PM 天天打交道。楼主说得没错，结构就是食物链的最 底层，钱最
少干得事最多，一不小心还得受夹板气。没点情商还真是干不了。还是离钱太远了！不
过话说回来，不知道楼主是直接给医院的facility做还是医院hire 的PM。据我接触到
的几个那几个牛校里的facility的头都是建筑或者CM背景很强的而且都是讲政治的，大
部分都是50左右的白人男性（不过最近白人女性也多起来了）。这种地方不讲政治是分
分钟被玩死的。说到底，在医院和大学，facility 毕竟只是辅助部门（类比国内的后
勤或基建处）。 按楼主所说，2，3个M的项目对医院来说都是小打小闹了，如果楼主是
