推，但是非常关键。
Soccer rules are not perfect,不像American Football 被无数个摄像头观测，说不
公也好，说普约经验多也好，总之是这种小细节总是很有趣味。 |

从临床和疾病控制角度来说，控制乙肝的关键依然是提高疫苗接种的覆盖程度，这
是对群体最有效的方法，更多的精力和物力应该集中到提高疫苗保护率，降低疫苗失败
的研究原因中去。对于现症的慢乙肝患者，更重要的是提高医保的覆盖面积，让更多病
人有条件接受规范的、长疗程的抗病毒治疗。对于肝硬化和肝癌的患者，更重要的采用
综合的治疗措施，主要是外科方法来延长生命。正如10年前出现的SARS，传染病隔离措
