等等，我个人认为是有实际意义的。（当然我家没多动症的娃，我也不用
long commute，所以我个人意见的参考度不行，不过版上有这样的）。
我觉得大伙儿争论的焦点之一是，你把你的案例总结成理论（theory）。这个
其实也没错，总结成理论是人回顾过去的很重要的思考方式。。。但问题是，
我个人觉得哈，是你总结了一个放之四海而皆准的理论。。。而放之四海而皆准
型 theory of everything 的 Achilles heel，常常就是因为不能够被
falsifiable / refutable，而缺乏 prediction 的能力，可能会成为
theory of nothing。。。所以版上大伙儿就因此就以互殴群殴的修辞手法，
来纠结能不能借鉴了。。。其实对于你这个案例本身的 case study，那还是
很清楚的。。。多动症的多半能借鉴一些，不是多动症的估计不一定。。。
long commute 的多半也能借鉴一些，不是 long commute 的不一定。。。

里，布置 20 分钟的 homework 太少了。考虑到每天上课是 7 个小时，homework
应该至少有 school work 的一半，这样学校里 7 个小时吃 20 个包子，回家的
7 个小时吃 10 个包子。这样就非常有意义。
如果一个逻辑可以同时得出正方反方的结论，那这个逻辑也就是说不能被 falsify。

前不久，纽约曼哈顿中国城有26人因涉嫌为中国移民非法办理政治避难被警方
抓捕，其中21人就职于律师事务所，4人在纽约皇后区政治庇护办公室担任翻译，一时
引起很大反响。
其实此类案件并非个案，也远未终结。近年来，入境美国后非法滞留的中国大
陆人员人数不断上升，这些非法移民背景复杂，不仅有教育程度不高的农民、工人，也
有受过高等教育的中小企业主、科研人员、教师、医生等。他们大多数人英语程度较低
，所掌握的技能无法适应美国社会需要，只得游离于主流社会之外，靠赚华人的钱维持
生计，生活艰难。为了获取在美国居留的合法身份，不少移民纷纷打起“政治庇护”的
主意。
作为一名从事移民事务的美国志愿者，也接触过不少中国非法移民案件，其中
申请政治庇护的案件中大多数是虚假的。特别是近年来，一些中国非法移民在美国当地
法轮功学员和移民服务中心指使下，伪造自己在中国大陆修炼法轮功被迫害的材料，向

Palo Alto上学，有啥区别？至于你说的选拔，我早知道lowell需要考试和抽签，但我
哪里说过他们不需要考试不需要抽签了吗？
BTW， PA的一些学校也是需要考试的，只不过比较隐晦，你不知道而已。
