limit for the escow account. Please search a post by NJagent regarding
buyer agent rebate.
Your lender is the only one can say NO for this rebate money, especially,
the lender is not very familar with the buyer agent rebate.
Your another option is asking the builder to reduce the price, and then pay
less commision to the agent. Reducing the price will affect the sale of
