近日，美国电磁科学院院士谢干权举报包刚国家自然科学二等奖的项目《散
射与反散射问题的数学理论与计算方法》存在学术剽窃。笔者只找到包刚的项目
简介（见附件pdf），其中介绍了他在三个方面的贡献。其中第三部分，包刚写
道：“在纳米光学的研究中，…… 提出了高效自洽算法，被著名物理学家
Malomed高度评价。”
这是包刚的项目简介中，唯一一处提及被国际学者高度评价。笔者知道以色
列特拉维夫大学Boris Malomed教授，是非线性光学、非线性动力学、冷原子物
理等研究领域的国际领军人物。

famous sequence at some point. Usually it is not a problem as most sequences
are increasing so you know you can stop when the last integer in your
sequence is smaller than the last one in the prefix of a famous sequence.
oeis is a website to do this search quite efficiently, not sure how they
implemented it. |

现在我们宝宝有27周了，我们怀这个宝宝真的很不容易。结果25周的时候做B超说宝宝

继christmas在ER待了一天之后，娃又住了三天院，吊水的过程惨不忍睹。
换了两茬人，千辛万苦在ER埋好了iv，当时我就觉得埋得太浅，但是那护士说没关系的
。果然，前天晚上准备再上抗生素的时候，发现iv掉出来了，肿了好大一个包，不知道
什么时候掉出来的，外面纱布包得很牢。
然后重新再上iv，住院部能上的护士全上了，最后连nicu的护士都叫来了，小手小脚所
有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。

材料清单版上有很多好贴，我觉得最有创意的是在所有申请材料之前添加了一个
一页纸的Summary针对totality，让IO从一开始就对全局有个印象.
框架如下(Hope it helps!)
