1）交通方便，上540去上班买菜吃饭都很方便。
2）小区规模适中，大概一共有140个左右的lot? 边上是两个比较高档的小区wey croft
和horton creek.不喜欢西边amberly周边那块密密麻麻的住宅区。荒凉吗？我觉得是比
较幽静。
3）最近的小学alston ridge 9分，mills park 10分，mills park初中10分，panther
creek高中没有green hope high好是因为吸收了一两个坏区的小黑和小墨，随着west
cary不停的开发新区，这个比例会越来越小。
4）你说的人气不旺在这小区最后的一个phase不能成立。我基本上每天都去builder的
office,来看最后一批房源的人络绎不绝。Builder现在基本就是listing price一分不
降。
5）中国人大概40%不到。可以认识很多新朋友。
6) Okelly road和hwy 55有计划造一个商业区。销售说target已经buy in，中介说这个
计划已经出来多年，至今没见动静。
缺点：
1)印度人占50%。

State Farm agent谈过以后发现State Farm investment property insurance的
deductible 居然用的是percentage， 最少1%.这样的话，一个20万的小房子
deductibel就要$2000快,大家投资房保险都是类似情况？ |

soloing could be detected as 'farming' by the patch and hence drops could be
reduced. The pattern of 3-ppl farming usually is more complicated and hard to
detect. I guess :) |

第二天一早，从小屋出发，向北走大约二十几英里，就来到了Lawrence Farms
Orchards。说实在的，我虽然是四体虽勤，但是却五谷不分。从小就没有见过农场景象
。这个Lawrence Farms Orchards可以说是我亲眼所见的第一个农场，虽然这个农场有
些不纯粹，因为这个农场主要是给游客来观光休闲的地方。
这是一个带小孩来郊外散心的好地方。城市里的小孩，对农场都有一种好奇感。而且，
在城里呆久了，到农场来放松放松也好。平常，从纽约市开车来这里，路上要走七八十
英里，两个小时左右的车程。从山中小屋出发就方便太多了。
开进农场还不容易。盲目跟随GPS的引导，结果来到了一个死路。拐了一个弯，就进入
了农场，但这并不是开放给游客的那部分。在诺大的一个农场转来转去，看见很多漂亮
的农舍散布在一片广阔的田野，路上没有一辆车，路边没有一个人。虽然是大白天光天

我以前买过他家的保险，但没有出过事故，所以也不知道claim容不容易
state farm也是大保险公司，服务上应该不差
论保险便宜的话，可能progressive, geico之类更有优势吧
我现在也是用的AAA
但我没事故AAA也每年往上涨保费，让人很不爽，现在价格上对其他大保险公司也没什
么大的优势。我也打算换了他
目前quote下来的结果是progressive最便宜
不过有人说progressive理赔不爽快 |

policy number在state farm网站注册不了,问她说那个是 binder number.正式的
policy
number要issue 几天。貌似以前在geico都是当天交钱当天就有policy number？

折扣也不是很多！California Good Driver Discount 是要三年内至多只有一次违章才
能享受，所以新考的驾照不如驾驶记录良好的老驾驶员折扣高。
来了美国尽早考驾照，等到要买车买保险时，已经积累了一段时间的良好驾驶记录了，
即使你连车都没有碰过！
楼主的情况很少见，可能是不是没有及时付每月的分期？

.我经过intersection的时候被交叉方向车撞上。按理说对方全责，因为他有stop sign
.索性最后人都没事。到保险赔付，对方持有state farm。state farm提供两种修车方
式。方式A:把车放到他们指定的修车店，我什么也不用管。方式B：我自己找修车铺，
他们估价。看修车铺是否接受他们估价。
来车版请教一下。大家有遇到过类似问题么。我不知道保险公司指定的修车铺怎么样，
会不会偷工减料，随便修一下。谢谢大家。 |

loss damage waiver 准备用Discover的信用卡的保险来抵掉，然后Liability
insurance 我准备买AAA 或者 state farm。

但感觉这帮人做事情很不professional,一个insurance card都能拖一个多月才寄到。
Progressive价格虽然贵了10%，但最事还算规范，smooth。我之前claim过两次，都很
顺利的cover了。 |
