表声明称有计划扩张到中国，且已经有中国籍维吾尔人加入，并与东突武装组织突厥斯
坦伊斯兰党（TIP）缔结了合作关系。Malhama Tactical由一名叫为阿布·罗菲克（Abu
Rofiq，怀疑是假名）的乌兹别克斯坦“圣战”分子创立，团体成员是来自俄罗斯车臣
