就15.5万。一查我认识的老中中，还真有一NIH senior PI, 20万 （生物男，non-MD)
， Pay Plan 是AD-00，不懂。一FDA老中19.6988 万 （吉利数啊），Medical Officer
, Pay Plan GP-15, 也不懂。
是不是老中孩儿们去读生物也还行？

发帖数: 1087 | 6 你这个假设的数据不现实，不是每个人top 3的工资都会到15万左右的，不能按GS的
maximum的工资算。而且我想你指的15万是工资，那应该是包括DC这一带locality的，
不认为pension是按工资的百分比算，应该是basic pay（不包括locality pay)的百分
比。
现在的pension其实不怎么好，不是占退休金的大头，以前的CSRS pension还可以，在
联邦层次的retirement system其实active military member比federal employee好多
了。不过都会改变的，现在入不敷出，不可持续的，现在top 3,很快就top 5了。现在
算数字没意义，federal employee pay freeze导致这几年工资标准没怎么动了，而每
年的inflation 都存在的，无形等于减薪了。
而且你的算法假设的前提好像是pension是白拿的，其实不是，大家都有contribution
，而且contribution会越来越高，因为不改变的话retirement system是不可持续的。

cycle my semi-automatic .22 guns. I researched online and bought CCI
blazer instead, CCI works, it was due to the federal does not contain
enough powder. Though if only used for non-semi guns, they are still ok. |

拿去靶场一测速，发现同样弹头同样火药的，用federal底火的比用cci底火的要大好几
十fps，这个差距应该是超出测速仪的误差范围了。而且我那些子弹是同一天做的，测
速也是同一天测的，所以结果还是很有可比性的。
不知道诸位reload的时候有木有注意到这个现象？ |

只不过是现在少有发球上网的，而Federer是网前技术还不错的又有名的选手而已．
Sampras靠的是什么：出色的网前技术，稳定有力的发球（特别是二发），以及跑动中
正手大力斜线穿越．不是说其它的不行，但其相持能力，特别是反手确实不算出众．
总会看见在相持中一拍突然打飞的情况．但能打到将他压在底线相持却不容易．
而Federer则要全面些．发球的速度和稳定性不如Sampras，上网也是会找准了机会在上，
因为他的底线技术要好些．其跑动，步法极其出色．正手相持能力强，特别是对方回球
稍靠前速度不太快时，正手会快速地打球的上升段，经常是一个斜线形成Winner．Roger
的反手就不说了，是其重要的得分手段，比Pete强太多．以前觉得和Haas差不多，现在
好象更出色了．

另外一个因素就是:抢七厉害是他水平本来就很高,这个基本占到七八成.federer在自己
的set里面经常比分是40:0,然后make it,而在joke这样级别的对手的set里面经常比分
是 30:40或者对方领先一point,然后败给对方. 粗算一下:Federer vs unknow=(4+3):(
0+5)=7:5
如果非要再加个因素,把牛嫂算上~~ |
