也跟你一个想法就是一直在猜面试的人要啥，他就说要个news feed API来display
feed。
进来以后画了一个详细的new feed说里面有啥，
要设计个API display news feed在手机app或者webapp等等不同系统上。
我一开始就跑题了。。。以为他问UI。最后他说要个restful可以实现。
我面的是中国小哥，recruiter说就死在这一轮了，coding非常好，可惜连加面设计都
没有给我。
估计这一轮给了个strong no hire。

发帖数: 223 | 20 以前没有维护lawn 的经验， 5月份用了一次scott feed and weed control。平时没怎
么注意。割草时也急急慌慌的没注意看。 等到7月初时突然发现很多weed， 各种各样
的。 有很多crabgrass， 有宽叶的， 还有长小花的。 尤其时长宽叶的和crabgrass，
那长的速度真叫快呀。 手工拔了一些crabgrass， 但是太多了， lawn 又不小。 所
以就不想再拔了。 7月份发现很多时想用scott late spring （黄色的） 的weed and
feed control， 但觉得有点晚， 并且天太热， 怕撒了对好草不好。 现在真是太多了
， 至少有cover 30-35%吧。 请问这weed 是季节性的吗？ 等到秋天他们会自动枯萎吗
？用spot treatment 的除草剂吗？看来现在只能等到9月份 early spring的scott
weed and feed control了。 准备从9月份开始， 一定follow scott 的weed/feed

宝宝29周因为妈妈大出血刨腹产出生，体重1350Gg，现在33周+5天，体重2080g,
男。现住NICU.
出生以后在呼吸机上不到一天即可自主呼吸，给少量氧气，三天以后就正常自主呼吸了。
开始有黄疸问题，照蓝光两次以后好了。
从出生后第三天开始母乳喂养，从4CC/FEED提高到现在的40CC/FEED了，现在每天喂8次
，有两到三次的瓶喂。
母乳的量上去以后体重增长得很快，但每天有ANPEA/BRADY的问题，大概一天有4、5次的
样子，瓶喂以后这个症状比较明显，特别是在喂食以后。
前天护士发现大便外边有血丝，怀疑是肛门处的血管出血，开始密切关注大便，同时停
止在母乳里加入FORTIFIER。昨天又在大便里发现血丝（用肉眼看不到，需要用试剂显
示，但是是在大便里面包裹的）。大便次数和形状颜色都正常。
腹部比较胀，但是护士医生触摸以后都说宝宝肚子不算硬，可他平躺时肚皮上比较大的
血管肉眼可见。事实上，两周以前妈妈就觉得BB的肚子比从前大，眼皮和小腿好像有些
浮肿，但是医生看了以后说没问题。后来肚子大的问题一直都有，眼皮肿时好时坏。

2, doesn't matter how much it takes. just feed her.
3, it's normal.
4, it's normal to drip. u don't have to wear bra if you don't like.
minor leak is ok if you can tolerate the wetness.
5, night feeding as dark as possible. u can setup a night-light(find in
most stores like CVS,walgreen..), it's dim and still enough for feeding and

2. Hold him staight up 30 minutes after every feeding time.
3. If you plan to feed him 20 OZ per day and he is not confortable taking

week after she was born, the ped suggest we feed her more frequently, but
she get enough wet diapers per day, and grow amazingly, so we didn't bother

4 hours, no feeding at night. At night we let her sleep for 8 hours before
feeding her (even if she cries we just pat her back to sleep). About 5

及，而且怕看得不仔细或混淆了建议错了就不好。所以宝爸妈们自己心里有谱就最好了
。主要提供些参考，宝爸妈还要根据自己宝宝调节，比如胸喂母乳的宝宝就是容易饿一
些，这样3-4个小时里喂两次也可以（EAEAS）,原则就是宝宝饿了就喂，但每次都喂饱
（奶睡不好控制主要是因为不知道喂饱没，这样今天明天的就不一样，到了晚上宝宝一
出声，你可能就没把握他到底饿不饿）。当你的宝宝处于下面这几个年龄分界，要拉长
喂奶间隔的标志就是到点不饿，每顿吃得不多。 这时拉长间隔后反而吃得多。

如果先BATH后FEED,小娃BATH以后已经很困了，吃的就不够饱，
这样容易睡觉时间短，就把自己饿醒；
如果先FEED再BATH,间隔时间短，怕洗澡被折腾的吐奶；如果间隔长，又怕又饿了，还
是影响睡觉的时间会被延后（又要FEED一次）

新妈竟然没意识到这个问题，在版上问了才知道是gas。我试了一些方法，现在宝宝的
gas已经好多了，回馈宝宝版，跟jmm分享一下。
首先，拍咯是很重要的。我开始没意识到这个问题，以为拍不好咯大不了就是吐奶，想
不到宝宝会这么难受，睡觉都睡不踏实，还老是哭闹。
另外，有姐妹推荐到youtube上找massage的方法，我搜了一下，有不少方法，其中我认
为最有效的就是，抓住宝宝的小腿往肚子上挤，把屁挤出来，有时候我能连续挤出来好

6：40 起床 6盎司奶
8：00 水果糊加酸奶
9－10：00 nap 1
11:15 6盎司奶加米糊水果蔬菜糊（现在加的是牛油果，瓜瓜，苹果，和紫心薯）
1：00－3：00 nap2
3：15 6盎司奶
5：00 洗澡
5:45 7盎司奶 (半小时后加水果蔬菜糊）
7：00 睡觉
现在吃奶一天约24盎司，副食一共约2盎司。 原来白天奶吃的没这么多，前两天断了晚
10：30的dream feed, 第一晚12点闹腾了30分钟，后妈没喂。第二晚一夜无语，早上却
醒的早（5：00）自己玩到6：20开始哼唧，后妈我才给奶。以前加dream feed的时候都
是6：40左右起床，不过早上不很饿的样子，也就吃3盎司奶（dream feed3－4盎司）。
我们的4个月sleep train过了，不知道现在的早醒是不是娃饿醒的？可是现在一天的奶
量比dream feed时吃的都多。后妈我坚持不喂的话会不会娃过两天就不早醒了？还是要
恢复dream feed。 不是说7个月就能1 2个小时不吃不喝了吗？ |

自己，只敢每次给4oz，cluster feeding期间有时候是他吃的肚子很鼓很鼓，我自作主
张不让他吃光4oz的，因为他吃的足够困了，所以可以把剩下的奶拿走，不然其他时候

不过这两天cluster feeding之后他确实能从晚上10点结结实实睡到2点一声不吭，但是
2点哭醒了又必须吃4oz，然后还是管不到早晨，所以我不想跟他搞cluster feeding了
。昨天为了确定他不是习惯性的2点和4点醒来，我坐在他床头听着，发现他还真是在睡
梦中吧唧嘴巴，然后饿的哭醒过来的。。。
我看的是个老版本clb，没有这个cluster feeding呢。不过反正我觉得每个娃都不同，
对于我这个宁可把自己撑死也从不主动松口的娃，我还是给他间隔开喂奶时间算了。
我用的奶嘴是avent的1号newborn奶嘴，流速比我自己的奶慢多了，呵呵。 |

而且我觉得这个奶嘴形状怪异，我家小宝只吃奶嘴的最前面比较细的地方，而不愿意
含住后面比较粗的地方。 我家一般用DR BROWN的奶嘴配的是PLAYTEX歪脖细口奶瓶。
我今天还在琢磨要买DR BROWN自己的奶瓶呢。。。
BTW，我家很少有奶瓶拿走人家哭闹的时候。拿走就拿走。拿走拍嗝也不抗议。
拍嗝完了再给奶瓶，多数时候就“刘胡兰”了，紧闭着嘴唇，。。。
哦，我们这个娃很能吃，只要给他奶瓶他就尽量吃光，我知道他太小，所以很怕他撑坏
自己，只敢每次给4oz，cluster feeding期间有时候是他吃的肚子很鼓很鼓，我自作主
张不让他吃光4oz的，因为他吃的足够困了，所以可以把剩下的奶拿走，不然其他时候

家是个厌奶娃，奶都是每天18=20盎司，辅食吃得好，可我不敢多喂，早上、中午、晚
上各2-3盎司左右。这上面每顿多快6盎司了，是需要吃这么多吗？有经验的娃妈给看看

to feed your baby 20-30 ounces of milk per day. As long as the baby can
take this much milk, you can feed him more solids.Increase amount gradually

will need to get up around 3:30am for feeding and then will wake up around
9am.
If last feed at 9:30pm and sleep at 10pm then will need to feed around 4:
30am (best one is until 6:30am)and then sleep until 9am =P

my hospital, it's only $25 for the couple and you can use FSA money on it
too. It really helps you understand breast feeding (pros and cons) and most
importantly gives you a lot of confident in breast feeding and teach the
dads how to support moms too, so your husband can appreciate it more and get
really involved.

睡到夜里,外婆摸着她的小肋骨,扁扁的肚子.果断要求喂夜奶(我们原来吃得少,问过原

继christmas在ER待了一天之后，娃又住了三天院，吊水的过程惨不忍睹。
换了两茬人，千辛万苦在ER埋好了iv，当时我就觉得埋得太浅，但是那护士说没关系的
。果然，前天晚上准备再上抗生素的时候，发现iv掉出来了，肿了好大一个包，不知道
什么时候掉出来的，外面纱布包得很牢。
然后重新再上iv，住院部能上的护士全上了，最后连nicu的护士都叫来了，小手小脚所
有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。

的胖宝宝了。因为自己实现胸喂也经历了一些困难，在这里写写经过给准妈妈们参考吧。
宝宝出生第一天就让他吮吸了，但是新爸新妈没经验，看着宝宝吸了几口就睡以为他吃
饱了，另外还看到宝宝有正常排泄，所以也没有按时把宝宝叫醒喂奶。那时候还天真地
以为自己的宝宝超级天使，知道爸爸妈妈累了让我们好好休息一晚，根本不知道黄疸会
嗜睡。
第二天护士就来询问喂奶情况，听了我们的叙述后觉得不对劲，然后让我给宝宝喂奶才
发现宝宝根本没有正确吸奶。随后就是变换各种姿势尝试让宝宝正确吸奶无果，找来LC
也暂时没办法，说是宝宝的嘴太小了。而且发现我也根本没有奶，用医院的奶泵15分钟
只出来可怜的一两滴初乳。因为已经出生后24小时了，只好上了液体奶，但为了避免乳
头混淆就用finger feeding 和 tube feeding。每三个小时我们先努力让宝宝吸一会，
同时用tube给他点吃的，不然他就不吸，随后宝宝爸用finger feeding把他喂饱。就这
样一直到第三天出院也没什么进展，LC也没有什么好办法。

It sounds like your baby is cluster feeding...and it is normal for newborns
to want to do this at night. Your milk actually changes so that it is
higher in fat content during the nighttime hours, and this is why many
babies do want to cluster feed at night. My advice would be to get some

the first 3-4 months, then resist to taking bottles that
I have to do breast feeding only. At the begging, it is kind of hard. But
just try to feed more frequently, your milk supply will increase based on
baby's need. Sometimes, my babies are even satisfied sucking my empty breast
