在汉语里他们是两个“同音语素”(morpheme)
在汉字发展过程中，先为cloud造了象形字，大概是因为更直接、更常用
后来文学继续发展，需要一个字记录to say，就借用了同音的“云”
这是汉字六书里的“假借”
汉字发展的趋势是假借字越来越少
因为大量同音字被改造成了具有不同义符的形声字
再比如“采”，本来是会意字，一只手在树上抓东西
后来发展出了“採”，
因为“采”变成了名词，没有fetch的意思了

此对待？

一些举措来保护美国本土的氦气资源。导致全球液氦价格由原来60～80元/每升，
上涨到目前200元/每升以上，更是一度飙升到300元/升。现在价格已经超过300块了。
美国这边的英制单位和标准单位换算很蛋疼，但是价格飙涨是很明显的。
2018年9月1日的消息， 新出的氦气拍卖价格比一年前又涨了135%。
看看美国人卖氦气本事，再看看中国有水快流，贱卖稀土的水平，贸易战的结局
恐怕好不了。
