Friday. Neither Motrin nor Tylenol could subdue the fever. At the same time,
she developed acute leg pains. Administered in Shady Grove hospital on
Tuesday, still with high fever and leg pains, even after morphine. Today the
blood test showed that the staph aureus bacteria in her blood. Doctors at
Shady Grove hospital gave her vancomycin, so far still no apparent

好的。再者，很多症状不像啊，除了那个unexplained fever。但是fever确实有很多原
因可以造成，脱水什么的都会发烧。酥饼被折腾了这么多天，发烧的话，也很难说是某
个单独原因造成的,更别说FIP了。
猫猫没有类似tylenol之类的退烧药么？可不可以先等fever降下来，让他恢复着，然后
再进一步检查？现在不就剩下FIP没被排除了么，做了这么多检查，其他的情况都被排
除了是么？假设他不是FIP，那就真的只是平常的肠胃病了，对么，慢慢养着就会好的。
最坏的情况往往也是概率最小的，如果这样的话，真的能不能先养着，况且就算是FIP

发帖数: 8966 | 12 对了，周末看了视频。感觉似乎和咪宝不太一样。不过没看到外力碰触小花的反应。当
时咪宝还是能动的，就是非常的痛，所以我摸她后腿，尤其是关节，她还是会缩。小花
貌似右后腿完全没感觉了……
不知道现在如何。我没找到咪宝的全部用药记录，应该就是一般光谱抗生素。
把咪宝的诊断给你看看，等到专家看到她的时候，她已经几乎痊愈了，所以所谓的神经

temperature jacked up to 104+ rectal. we called ped and was told to give
tylenol to bring the temp down. the next day he was totally fine like he
never had any problem. we went to the ped and it turned out that he had ear

请各位见谅，大致事情是这样的：8个月的儿子发烧，妈妈喂退烧药，
一转身2岁女儿把药瓶拿去玩妈妈没看见，女儿把药瓶带到幼儿园被
老师发现，老师说孩子喝药了，就报告了有关部门，结果Florida
DCF(department of children and family)把她家四个孩子全都带
走了。
目前四个孩子都在foster family。8个月的孩子发烧两天还没有看
医生。周四上庭。妈妈要求探望孩子，被定在周五能探望1小时。
现在她很担心小孩子的病情又束手无策。
请各位帮帮她出主意！

UW 41 offline cases: 我当时和partner每个case仔细做一遍，虽然不像online有反馈
，但对练临床思维，补充protocol非常有帮助。最后考试与41 case有异曲同工之处，
遇到复杂case也不慌神。

备的， 都能过。后来成绩单下来， 还比及格线高很多。叶子版主让我写份考经，拖到
现在。
考点选择：Houston 应该是最IMG friendly. 一个在那考的朋友说考场里满场老印，旅
馆里也是。很多是直接从印度飞来考试的， 一个个土的掉渣。我们的英语虽然遣词造
句不如老印， 发音还是比他们好的。LA 据说 SP 非常习惯 Asian accent, 而且SP 年
轻男性多， 这也是优点。因为中年女性SP是最难对付的。费城SP 我考时是6 黑6 白 6
男 6 女。年龄分布老中青都有。一个在Atlanda 考的朋友也是这种分布。芝加哥考场
不清楚， 但没听到过恶评。
CS 考试准备：
Tutors: Ali and Marisa，早期练病例找的Ali, 后期练语言找的Marisa.
Partners: 3个， 2 Chinese, 还有一个美国长大，孟加拉读的医学院的小伙伴。练习

I have seen a patient with persistent fever of unclear reasons. No infection
, antibiotics didn't help until finally sulfasalazine, the medication he was
taking for IBS was stopped.
After ICH patient may develop seizure, and maybe on seizure medications,
which may cause drug fever. I know it is rare, but just a thought.

朝鲜战争细菌战指控是指在1950年代开始的朝鲜战争中，中华人民共和国與朝鲜民主主
义人民共和国指控聯合國軍有利用炸弹和炮弹投放毒物、病毒、细菌或利用化学药品对
战俘进行注射和试验的行动。美國方面則全盤否認，主張邀請第三方的國際紅十字會或
世界衛生組織前往中国與朝鲜實地勘察，提案被蘇聯在聯合國安全理事會多次否決[1][
2][3]。美國改為向聯合國大會提案調查，聯合國大會通過706号決議[1]，而中朝對調
查的決議置之不理，國際紅十字會或世界衛生組織放弃调查[3]。1952年中朝邀请来自
六国的科学家，組成“国际科学委员会”，进入朝鲜和中国调查，发表报告书[4]，認
為美军在朝鲜使用了细菌武器。细菌战是否事實，之后成为韩战期间双方的宣传战，并
且至今还引发学术界的争论。

留学美国，不是一个人的故事能够概括的，何况很多有着辛酸与成功经历的
predecessors早已对这一话题有过充分的阐述。比如，某个女博士用7年时间从某理工
科PhD转到Law School读JD，最后找到理想工作，但却失去了爱情，逝去了青春的故事
；以及某个十万男，拿着滕校学位，经历各种竞争淘汰，拿到华尔街某银行高薪工作后
，发现蛋疼，生不出孩子，老婆吵着要离婚的故事；当然，也还有某高材生，被骗回国
，拿着空头支票，后悔不已，遂跳楼自尽的故事；还有多年前发生在本校的某孤僻天才
怪男，打手枪，和自己的中国师弟，以及美国教授同归于尽的故事。
我来美国才一年半，尽管租了房，买了车，总算适应了Iowa City这个中西部小城的生
活和环境，可很多经历和想法仍还处于发展阶段，也还没有上述提到的那些曲折精彩浪
漫感人的故事。但是，作为一个有着实验精神的实践派“经验”主义者，以及爱荷华大
