全篇文章都是认同跑步的好处，但是提醒过渡锻炼可能和心脏病有关联。
一些网友跳出来羞辱讽刺。我无所谓。文章总有喜欢和不喜欢的。
Rodimus对该帖极为不满，说running版不欢迎这类文章,封了很难看。同时说置顶文章
有类似讨论了。
我发帖反驳，问他是不是私人俱乐部，不允许公开发帖，同时要他拿出白底黑字的版规
看我违反了哪一条。我说我读了置顶文章，要么是空连接，要么内容不相同。我反问他
看我的文章没有。
Rodimus 根本拿不出任何版规，还说我的文章他不屑一看，居然发帖说我是受虐狂。
我发帖反驳说他动不动冒充全版不欢迎新人，还无根据威胁封人，是虐待狂。
Rodimus恼羞成怒，把我的帖子和后面更贴的对话全删了。
闹了半天是个不看贴就摆架子，威胁人，骂人，删帖的版主。混mit这么多年，还真遇
到极品版主了。
我要问站务，一个版主管理版面是靠版规还是靠威胁恐吓？繁荣版面是靠搞一言堂还是
容纳不同意见？

活检看到了。 就不考虑医疗事故造成脂肪淤积会迅速改变细胞生存环境可以把细胞杀
死，促进fibrosis迅速进入硬化。
第二， 他说看到硬化了， 肯定时间久了。所以没有必要做检测， 把送过去那么长时
间的lab给取消了。
对于关键问题：
如何区分fibrosis是chronic还是最近形成只字不提。
对于造成脂肪淤积的severe acute malnutrition只字不提。

prominent loop of fetal bowel", 可能是暂时的，也可能意味着肠梗阻（intestinal
obstruction）,让我过3到4周再B超复查，看是否会消失，还是继续存在。之后又跟Genetic
Counsellor谈了，她说如果是肠梗阻，可能是基因（比如Down Syndrome)导致，也可能是Cystic
fibrosis导致，还有可能是因为Virus...总之具体原因很难讲。她说做羊穿可以看23对染色体，从
而看看是不是基因引起的。可是我的integrated screening算得我的Down的概率是1/35000，其
他几项也都是几万分之一。这种情况下，我需要做羊穿吗？现在还在犹豫。听从了她的话当天做了
Blood work (for Virus testing)和Cystic fibrosis的test（这个比screening时作的那
个多６０多个pattern据说）．这两个结果要下礼拜才出来．有没有姐妹们遇到过或听说过这种情况
的，都是怎么处理的啊？现在脑子里很乱． |

亚洲不高发，无所谓的啦，但是thalassemias是地中海贫血，中国南方是高发区啊，应
该抽血做的，如果是携带者，不发病的，很多人根本不知道自己携带的，不影响健康。
但是父母双方都是携带者就要当心了，孩子有发病的可能性，不过这是第一次见OB测的
内容啊，我的理解不对么？ |

of screening to see baby's neck thickness, then 20 week routine ultrasound.
Most of moms had these three. I had additional one in week 25 for some
condition. I will have 3D/4D ultrasound next week which is not medical
necessary, just to see baby's looking, not covered by insurance.
Ultrasound is very safe per doctors and a lot of research, but no one can
say 100%.

small, so the doc planned c section ahead of time and did the operation to
remove it at the same time. It did cause some pain toward the end of the
pregnancy as the fibrosis limited the room of the baby's growth. She
delivered about 1 week early and the baby was very healthy. She's doing
fine too. |

准备做b超检查输卵管，检测月经周期第二和第三天的 FSH, LH, TSH, PRL，排卵前的
HSG，LG准备做精液检查，没有说做染色体检查。医生还推荐做geneic desease
screening, 建议做4种病的检查：囊性纤维性变(cystic fibrosis)， 脊髓性肌萎缩（
spinal muscular atrsphy），血红蛋白病（hemoglobinopathy），还有一个 fragile
X(不知道这个中文名字）。刚才百度一下发现囊性纤维性变(cystic fibrosis)主要发
生在北美白人中间，其它三种不清楚是否为亚洲人常见遗传病。想问一下有必要做这个
检查吗？还有其它什么东西我们需要了解的吗？ |

现在才是Phd第二年 读的是生物的phd 但是做的是疾病动物模型的 08年来的美国 我爸
妈最近想帮我办投资移民 他们属于体制内的吧 在一个省会城市 家里吃穿住用基本没
什么花钱的地方 投资了5处房产 出租三套 如果办投资移民 得花掉他们养老钱的80%
还得卖掉一套房子 不过他们现在也才50多一点 所以 以后还会工作 而且他们是100%医
保的 我这回在准备考美国医生 我爸说 拿到gc 留美国找工作会更好 但我妈希望我回
国 我总是觉得 如果他们给我办了投资移民 我的压力会很大 而且我今年也都26了 还
让家里出这么多钱办移民 觉得很没本事 如果match不到好医院 我就太对不起他们了
如果我回国 可以进不错的医院 科室基本随便挑 这样的话 33岁之前 可能月收入只有
4000-5000 35岁之后 如果是好点的科室 月收入可能可以逐渐升到4-5万 因为 |

或者quatracept，所以gluteal muscles的fibrosis好像并不常见。这个youtube说的挺

纳闷这年头怎么人的病都跑毛身上去了。cystic fibrosis好像猫更加不会得，刚才网上搜了下，
没有找到毛得这病的。asthma也会有mucous hypersecretion。希望只是airway constriction而
不是lung collapse。

是好久以前急诊夜班上发生的事。交班医生收了一个气促的病人，初步诊断是
exacerbation of pulmonary fibrosis，“这个病人很straightforward，老病号了，这次又是气促发作，收进来吸吸氧，你和呼吸科联系一下收入院吧。”交班医生简单的说道。
我看了一眼病历，果然老年女性病人，pulmonary fibrosis诊断好些年了，其间也住过几次院，好几封呼吸科医生有关治疗的信。
然后去看病人，非常可爱的老太太，可以看出很明显的气促，辅助肌呼吸，在2L的吸氧浓度下血氧勉强维持在90%，旁边陪着的是病人的女儿。
一问病史，才知道病人虽有P病多年，不过过去两三年都控制的不错，不需要吸氧，在家日常起居都很独立，今天据女儿说坐着好好的，突然一站起来就觉得呼吸困难，脸色都变了，没有明显的胸痛，觉得可能是老病发作，就赶快来医院了。
我看了一眼心电图，RBBB，一翻以前的病历，oh no…, 再一问病史，原来…
这时候上级医生来了，一看，赶快order一个Troponin, 果不其然，positive!
这个病人是要心内科急会诊吗？

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
，绑架我先生和孩子，而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手，有必要把他们曝光。
当然我还没分析这里边是那几个人具体攻击我，伤害我的，但他们显然都是一伙的。鉴
于他们伤害我的头部，胸部 和胃部，我就把这几部分的医生都曝光，受害者慢慢去调
查，追查他们吧。
