全都抢了这个deal，有人专门为了bonus，有人确实是为了投资，但是如果你是non-
resident，各种distribution都subject to 30％ flat tax rate，5％的FSLXX也只剩

Regarding trading over the phone, you seldom need to do that; and when you
need to, tell the representative that their website do not allow you to buy
this or that, so you need them to place an order for you, which will be free
(or counted in the 100 free trades) depending on which one your bought.

go with Fidelity Freedom Index series, which is build on Fido index funds.

1。NRA vs RA
如果你是NRA，最好就此打住了，用Fidelity当银行不太合适。
主要原因是因为tax: 首先，Fido高利率的是他的money market
fund，和ED,HSBC,presidential的有一拼。但是Money market
fund的dividend对NRA可能也是要交税的，而普通银行利率
的interest对NRA是肯定免税的。这个dividend是不是交税，我

Need to open a new IRA account and plunge 10K (2008 and 2009 combined). Not
necessarily buy the index funds immediately but have to at least park the
2008 money in a money market fund there and watch.
If ever plan to get etf, would go fido. with vg would need a separate

because it is in our 401(k). Will is a great manager, IMHO one of the best
in business, but it irks me a lot that Fido keeps it open at nearly $100B.
Adding other funds Will managed with similar style, the total probably is
above $120B. The only thing I can think of positively is the fees reduced a
little bit to 0.74%. Going forward, he will be hard-pressed to outperform
benchmark, it is just a cash cow for Fido.

动报销了。
完全没有用到现金。最后一天买东西用掉了不然换回来还得损失。
基本上都可以用Samsung pay。有些地方不收Amex。还有几次店是收Amex的但是Samsung
pay刷不过。
加油站在机器上付款的都用不了信用卡，因为坚持要PIN。后来用ATM加的。
有两天比较了Visa Amex兑换率，Amex差大约0.5％ |

信用卡多的是，按规矩来搞一点bonus，只要你搞的不是很过火，很少看见有人被关信

准备申请别的卡啊。
最近被chase关所有账户的很多是因为跟买牛排然后退货有关系，或者是钻了某个漏洞
搞的太狠被银行发现了。Fidelity那个是因为很多人搞cycle，然后还想double，
triple dip拿好几个bounus，有的人还特别心急，钱还没回到账户呢就马上要转出去了
，这些做法本来fidelity就不认可，被发现了关账户很正常。既然要玩，自己就要承担
风险。 不知道你说的被fido关卡是不是指的这个，fido的卡被关？有很多吗？据我所
知大部分人有的就是那个FIA卡，没看到说很多人的FIA卡被关了。
