I have a mild RA since I was little, I remember having knee pain in cold
raining days, but it hasn't got so bad that I have to take pain killer 2-3

I hiked fifteen 14ers in Colorado, my average round-trip speed on a class 1
or easy class 2 route is 1.5 to 2.0 mph. My marathon speed is 6.8mph for
comparison.
Of course LT100 is not a 14er route, but it gets close to that in several
sections.

，和胰岛素抗性是否有联系，心电图结果如何等。然后才能确定跑步是否有效。假如没
有什么特殊的原因，就是大多数人那样，活动少，饮食没有注意（比如米面特别多），
血脂也高一些，心脏机能弱，那么跑步应该会有一些效果。

波马破三的高兴和激动持续了不到两小时就结束了。这以后的铁人训练也一直不给力，
直到铁熊猫发现我的P4车架上有裂纹，让我意外地升级成了P5。装上Power2Max的
powermeter后跟Kevin的MTG（Markham Tri Group）骑了一次长的，加上从我家去
Markham，共125公里，那次ride成了今年的唯一一次赛前long ride。而后因为回国中
断了训练，只在重庆的酷暑里跑了一次23.4公里，那也就成了波马后唯一一次超过半马
距离的long run。
虽然没有long ride和long run，但是回加后骑车/跑步一直没有中断。由于LD怀上了老
三，所以晚上和周末的训练通通取消，唯一能训练的时间就是早上和commute的时间。
