好像貌似大概很多银行在auto-financing的页面有lease的选项
我就跑到chase去问，想要个pre-approved rate，以防dealer到时候乱说
结果在chase，一个csr跟我说，这个不需要跟银行借钱，完全是buyer和dealer的事情
，相当于buyer从dealer那里借车开，每月付dealer车钱。dealer会根据你的信用决定
interst rate的
于是我就晕晕乎乎的出来了 |

， 直接让我discard 就好了。我刚看了看honda finance的账户， 还是60个月。 请问

如果每年开的里程数不超的话，为什么还有人选择finance而不先lease。
我能想到的可能性是lease的总车价比较高（MSRP？），不像直接finance那样可以谈下
来。
另外如果想换新车的话，有可能开三年后再卖掉或者trade in的差价也比lease
的价格低。不知道具体情况是怎样。大家说说看法 |

供车辆和dealer的信息才能告诉我apr是多少。

问题1： 这个价格大概还有多少空间，如果有最近入手的报个价给个参考更好
问题2： 如果下一步走finance/lease会不会有其他trick, 因为我现在一直只谈价格，
没有涉及到付款方式. 如果走finance是不是只要咬定apr就可以，会不会中间dealer又
悄悄将谈下来的价格加回去了？
走lease的话是不是固定租期残值和money factor都是固定的， 只要总价格谈下来那

另Dealer好像说这个利率9月结束，然后新的利率会出来，通常会比这个高吗？
最后，如果finance的话，对砍价是有利还是不利还是无关？ |

候有多保值,
还有就是每年开多少mile. 开的多的话(>15000mile/year), finance吧. 其他没什么区

模糊记得有个帖子里面提到如果很短时间内付清，dealer也从银行那边有一笔钱可以拿
，所以dealer对这种很快付清贷款的人也会更肯降价。不知道记得对不对。请问这个是
怎么work的？
一个$22K otd的车，manufacturer rebate+loyalty rebate有2500刀（2017新款）或者
3500刀（2016款）。如果要了finance，那就不能要manufacturer rebate，好像最多只
能拿500刀的cash rebate+500刀的loyalty rebate，感觉finance的话，怎么都不划算
吧。
请问大家怎么算这笔账。

一段时间老婆会到Oregon工作，而我暂时还在加州，所以想让老婆把还在finance的SUV
开过去，我在这边开老婆的车。
想问一下这样长期换车开不会有什么问题吧？另外，因为老婆会一直在那边，所以是不
是最好把那辆车换成Oregon的车牌？
因为车还在finance，所以可以跨州换车牌吗？还是说必须付清才能换车牌？如果不需
要付清，没有title，需要带什么文件去换车牌呢，购车凭证或者银行证明？换车牌一
定是要我去还是老婆自己去DMV就行了？

在外面
贷，貌似也找不到更低的了。所以肯定是用它家贷款了，而且还能给500刀学生
discount。但是想问下，直接接受了Honda Finance的1.9%了，还是再磨一磨，能更低？

一个的初步报价如下：
MSRP： $60500. Premium package.
(1) Lease: 36个月30K， 税前560/月， 4500 downpayment， 一共24660. APR大约4%
，一共是25650.
(2) Finance: 税前一共54400，有望降价到51400. APR 大约7%.
考虑到电动车技术日新月异，3年后可能完全是全新的技术，一开始我对租赁还蛮感兴
趣的。不过比较了跟finance的价格后，感觉lease占了几乎全价的一半，这有点坑啊。
跟我谈价的小哥曾不小心透露他们是按MSRP 40%来定租赁价格的。
因为小弟从来没租赁过车，对其中的风险知之甚少。我只知道有里程数和汽车状况的限
制。对这款车我还是蛮喜欢的，不过我问过三年后如果想把车买下来需要付多少，
dealer给报了个天价的residual（大约35K）。 求助版上各位大牛老司机指点下到底租
赁还是贷款哪个更好。谢谢！
