上周五连续收到两封邮件通知相关帐号的credit limit被调整，那时候就想应该不会被
关卡了。不过真是搞不懂Amex,把我的主力卡Blue Cash Preferred调到很低，但是从来
不用的Blue Student竟然完全不变还是高得吓人，快被他们给气死了。不知道过段时间
能不能要求transfer credit line。
简单说一下整个过程希望给其他人一点借鉴。如果你在网上google Amex Financial
Review，你会发现大部分人会说这个是完全随机的，没有什么线索可寻。但是对我个人
的case而言，很明确是因为短时间内开business卡太多trigger了这个review。我的第

多例子是大额买gift card后被financial review。如果不是普通大额消费的原因的话

media. If you compare the performance of XLF between July 15 bottom and now
and that of SP500 between July 15 and now. XLF isn't really underperforming
SP500. So how come a sector so condamed not performing any worse than rest
of the market? I think everyone should save a few bullets for financials. |

kinds of jobs- capital budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, M&A, risk
management... It really depends on the industry and company you wanna work
with. If I were you, I would read those job descriptions on the
websites/newspaper carefully. When I was still at school, I collected many job
postings and highlighted the key requirements. By doing so, I learned what I
need to make up while I still had chance.

院是这样的，寄一份申请表给我，主要有一个Income的表格，我需要填上"Gross wage"
,"Interest & Dividends", "Self-Employment income"等等以及总收入。然后附上我
最近一年的1040表寄回去。有1040，别的证明就不用了。他们就会根据材料决定给不给
我资助。
现在我有个问题，我今年还没有1040表，也还没有整理出全部的收入。应该就把去年4
月file上去的08年的1040给他们吧。那income表中我可以填的08年的数字吗，也就跟
1040表显示的一样？还是必须得填目前的收入？——我的情况是，如果用most recent
tax year的收入申请大概就符合，用目前的工资申请好像就过了贫困线了。
另外还有一项是要圈选monthly income的。那我可以用前面填的08年的总收入除以12么
？可是他们要是打电话给我公司问我现在一个月挣多少，那就对不上了。

can download state forms. However, whenever I choose to import info from
financial institutions it fails at the first step. It fails to get partner
info. I've tried to reboot my pc several times and tried at different days
but no luck.

looking now because most people will take about 6 months to a year before
settling down on a house especailly if you are looking at the area of short
sale. You can utilize the online discount broker such as "Redfin.com" to
look at houses online or in person. Most of my friends took about 6 months
for regular sales/bank own. Of course, you should not take any action if

Funny nobody mention the rent/own ratio in the bay area which should be an
important factor to consider. The rent vs own ratio is leanning towards
owning in some of the area that see a 50% drop in price comparing to the
