Still, I don't think this is fair punishment. Charles Barkley should be
banned too if the same standard is applied.
In addition, I don't think the 2.5 million dollar fine is logical. Why
should Donald Sterling pay it if he's banned from the NBA for life anyway?
What more can they do to him? Take away his team? Oh, wait, they are going

少走，于是在一个红绿灯之前的一小段限速30的路段，开了41，当时为了过黄灯，提了
点速，警察拦下我之后，问我限速多少，我根本没注意看限速，但想开这个速度被拦下
来，就结结巴巴说，30？后来跟我要驾照和保险，我太紧张了，居然没找到，后来给了
3张罚单，后来镇静下来找到驾照和保险，警察说，上庭出示一下，会remove其中两个
的。后来我在开那个地方的时候，特意跟着别的车开，几乎都开40的。
上周去上庭，dismiss了驾照和保险的tickets，至于speeding,说付267(120 fine, 还
有100多的court fee)，3个月supervision，没有其他违规，就可以不扣分了。
因为有保险的ticket，必须上庭，如果只有保险ticket，出示下保险，就不用付court
fee，但是同时还有speeding ticket，就必须付个court fee。不合理呀。
然后跟我说，如果trail，被认定是guilty的话，只可能付比267更多的钱，不可能比这
个少的，还可能扣分。

fine。现在收到那个法院所在county的department of revenue 的bill，项目跟法院那
张一样，同样的3项，一样的数字。
这是需要交第二份的节奏？还是他们政府搞错了？加州，北加的case。谢谢 |

后我就填上play guilty寄回法庭了。一周后罚单回来我发现fine和surcharge居然都是
0.00，我以为他们良心发现了，就没再管。
这件事过去四个月后，上个周我收到court的mail说我的钱没有付，他们过几个周要
suspend我的驾照，但是这上面还是写的“no money due”，于是我就打电话过去问，
他们说他们之前搞错了，应该是243刀外加扣四分，说会再给我重新寄一张罚单。
我就像问问，我现在除了老老实实的pay罚款，被扣四分之外，有没有其他什么方式了
？都过去这么久了，忽然让我pay实在是很不爽。
