进城会好些。

gross motor skill是可以把20磅重的扳机当作2磅轻的来扣，但枪口早不知道歪哪儿去
了。有句啥名言不是什么来着:power without control is nothing。control就是fine
motor skill。
如果无外保险长重扳机在胰岛素大爆发时是更合理的选择的话，岂不是指向性明显好于
手枪，打歪可能小的步枪霰弹枪更应该在家防中大量推荐使用这类扣压重无外保险的扳
机啊，但未哈现在是零？
打枪打准需要恰恰的就是fine motor skill，高度紧张下fine motor skill丧失结果就
是瞎打枪，改成10磅以上重扳机的Glock在几位扭腰警察手下近距离的表现不是刚刚发
生的事嘛。
高度紧张下如何不丧失fine motor skill? 简单啊，练胆，让紧张和惊慌失措两者脱钩
。参加比赛，参加更逼真的船长玩的那种force or force，包括有(不)幸身经多次实战
等都是帮助自己克服惊慌失措的办法，反复练习的结果不是在紧张时刻胰岛素不爆发，

上次为小民叫屈的叫RALPH NADER。就是两千年竞选总统，分GORE票，成全BUSH的那个
。45年前，这个仰着头拒不下跪的左逼被航空公司以OVERBOOKING为理由拒载。然后他
研究了一下，发现当初买机票有好多FINE PRINT，这个拒载完全可能是合法的，按说没
理由找茬的。不过这个刁民当时年轻，只要觉得不合理，就要SUE，结果一打官司就一
直打到最高法院，结果胜诉了，这才有了现在这个给几白一千大洋，让人自愿退机的设
计。至于这个最高限额还只能到$1350，也不知道是什么时候的法律，考虑通胀了没有
？反正是够low了。
所以什么fine print就是狗屁，靠fine print敲诈是不牢靠的。不过让上诉成本大大
增加，这么个屁事，能打到高院，fine print还是赶走了不少人了。只能靠nader这种
职业上访了。 |

吃福利最多的是主流人种的低收入的那些，但是这都不是太大的问题，只要经济增长了
，吃福利的人就会下降。关键是经济增长问题。

但是美国政府开支中最大问题是medicare，这个是67岁以上医疗全包，很多费用是在临
终前3个月上面花费了巨大金钱，这个和什么种族根本没有关系。美国政府其他开销不
