中只画出4x6个fingers。算rotation stiffness的时候只算了一个finger，算mass
moment of inertia的时候只算了圆形微镜，忽略了fingers,因为fingers比圆形微镜小
很多。得到的谐振频率为46.7KHz。
而用商业软件算的结果是10KHz，实测的是8-10KHz。总之我的结果是实际的4倍。
估计mass moment of inertia的计算应该是对的，虽然忽略了fingers导致mass moment
of inertia 偏小。主要错误估计在rotation stiffness的计算。麻烦哪位告诉我，这

右手index finger，彻底解决index finger发力问题，果然可以保证inside-out的
swing plane.后来上网一查，发现这个drill早就有了，而且以前好像也看见过，可能
当时没明白为什么就没在意。练了这个drill后才发现过去4年down swing都忽略了一个
很重要的东西，就是right index finger应该是撑住shaft,应该感觉到pressure,但不
能用它使劲push.今天到driving range试了一下，果然不hook了，也没有pull了，也不

gripping adjustments. Here are the ways I used. In case anyone of you has
the same issue, I hope some of the information can be helpful.
(1) Use 10-finger gripping method (baseball grip method);

between your index finger and your mid finger? There needs to, it's very
important. Because majority of holding should be on your ring finger and/or
pinky. Say your pinky and ring finger holds racquet with 70% strength, mid

到一些chord transition的通用方法不知道是不是适用。就是转换时找一个anchor
finger来guide其他finger. Anchor finger 就是在转换中保持同根弦的finger,可能
fret会变，所以转换时不离弦，而只是在同弦根上下挪动。普通chord上这个方法好像
挺有用，bar chord没试过。
可惜很多转换没有anchor finger, "空降"转换命中率很低。 |
