laps today, most distance I ever run in 2 hours in my life, well, 36 laps in 6 times. I know many of
you can do it just one time, I have to take 6 tries. In the past, I usually
run 3 laps, 7 laps at most.
My weight changed from 197=>188 since yesterday morning. Yesterday morning
when I was full, I weight 197, after 4 hours of b-ball and today's 36 laps,
I weight 188 lbs.
Amazing... The bad news is I was starving to death |

上次弹(半)古典(东邪西毒）问过了，当时根据大家的建议找了标chord的五线谱，根据
chord可以大致确定左手fingering。
现在想练solo，看了tab又是只标fret不标哪个手指的。貌似solo谱很少能找到标指法
的。网上搜了半天也没找到合适的方法。请问各位是不是只能事先试很多次，找到最顺
的指法，然后记住？可不可能看到谱就一遍弹出来呢？
很弱的问题，多谢指教。 |

组织活动不是第一次了. 但是远途这么多人却是第一次. 走之前有种种的担忧. 怕人多
不好协调. 但是却很庆幸同去的每个人都很支持组织工作. 很感谢他们的理解. 回家快
速整理了照片. 传上来与大家分享.

最近技术又有点新的进展，6月开会的时候两个哥们（不同实验室的）宣布可以在2个月
内拿到
具体是在E.coli里面用single hybrydization 先筛一次OPEN pool library的库找
fingers, 然后用Melt Analysis 来比较高效率地筛鱼。。。
隔壁实验室弄了快一年，貌似还没拿到，不过估计没有用这个新的东东。。。 |

主要的优点是finger是人体的细胞本身就使用的 而后两者bacteria来的 如果用来gene
therapy的话 zfn引起免疫反应的可能性可能小 |
