prefinish的好处：
1. 铺的时候已经知道木纹finish后的颜色，所以在钉之前就可以排一下。有些木头，
看上去木纹很均匀，在finish以后可能会发黑之类，虽然比例较少。这种南美的
hardwood，虽然说是clear grade，但是finish以后的样子经常很难把握，这一点不如
oak.
2. prefinish一般用氧化铝finish，硬度非常赞，不是大多数contractor用p的oly
finish可以相比的。
3. prefinish 价格比unfinished+finish便宜不少。
unfinished的好处
mill的wood plank一般都不可能perfectly flat and equal thickness，特别是5"的木
板，安装的时候很容易有gap，有高低。这也是为啥绝大多数prefisnished的木条都用
bevel edge。。。

按半年的时段，给3－6岁的孩子提出了一些需要掌握的概念，让我贴在家里冰箱上，对
照娃的年龄那一条，经常在对话中用到这些概念，让娃也会掌握和使用这些概念。

制定了一年内冲击全马的计划，转眼在12月的5号就完成了。再过几天，2010年也将成

赛前跑版跑友提醒的（1）用凡士林油抹脚，穿舒服的袜子，以防打水泡；（2）放掉鞋

左脚的一个脚趾上磨了个泡，没有紫脚趾。
应该说前34公里都能够用跑得舒服来形容，虽然有一些疲劳，在补充了水以后，都能够

1:35:36 for the 1st half, 1:44:30 for the 2nd half.
Vancouver Marathon is my home run and also it's my first marathon here 2

The weather was super nice yesterday, sunny but not hot. I arrived the site

跑过16英里的时候已经知道PR和BQ已经是必然的了！然后哪？ 真的很希望后面的兄弟
能拍一下我肩膀，然后他绝尘而去BQ上一个年龄组。我最后倚赖年龄的优势BQ了三分多
一点，splits很难看, 前半马1:39, 后半马1:48， 整个一个meltdown。事实也确实如
此，跑过16mile以后，基本只能维持8:10~8:30的pace，虽然很幸运地没抽筋，但绝对
是强弩之末，心有余而力不足，根本快不起来。赛后有很多人生感悟，其中LD讲了最重
要的一条：跑步和跑马是为了乐趣，什么PR啊，BQ啊，只是顺理成章的事，不要本末倒
置，跑爽了最重要！另一位牛小妹在微信上说的也很好：“快乐的跑步最完美，别的什

家也会每周一两次shadow swing，感觉帮助还是很大的。但个人觉得动作要先做对，找
到两三个关键点，从慢到快，最后在追求动作的连贯性。看了你的视频，感觉你的连贯
性很好，很smooth，但动作不到位。
一些问题：
1. 握拍有问题。虽然看不清楚，但拍面明显是大陆式，打平击的方式，握拍需要至少
转一个棱。你的手腕动作太多，我个人觉得应该保持一种放松但crocked的状态，这样
有利保持手臂和球拍的角度，不至于需要muscle球。
2. Finish的位置不对。由于角度的问题，总感觉你的finish手臂水平。要想打上旋，
最基本的动作是由下到上，只有finish的高才能出spin。对于这点，你的正手问题更大
，每次都是在左边腋下，不知道是什么原因。所有人都是finish到左边肩头的。
3. 发力的机制有问题。要想不受伤，就不能过度用手臂。力量应该是从转体来的，只

这些东西，只有谭浩强的测试题才用。而且懂这个东西一点意义都没有。为了条例清楚
，你尽量避免用这个东西，特别是在面试中。
主要没看到你的题目，我不好评论。
似乎我的感觉是，考试题目，是想要你用 二分法（B search）。但是你用了线性。
这个似乎是差了几个数量级。
比如一个array是事先排好序的。加入有一百万个，用B search找到想要的东西，次数
一般不会超过50次。你线性下去i++，那不知道有多少次了。
这是一小段测试程序:假设都是10000次

equivalent location inside the subdivision. One is with full finished
basement (around 700sqt, more than basic finishing with molding in the
ceiling, added bath room, a little bar, recreation room etc) as well as a
basic screened porch on the deck. The other one is without.
if the one without those finishing was sold @400K recently, is it worthy to
buy the one with finishing @450K? Are those kind of finishing worthy |

除非所在区房子基本都没有地下室，只有楼主一家有，那还算卖点。
否则有的地下室finish，有的没有finish，根本没法比。难道一个1000尺的ranch加
finished的地下室变成2000尺，会和一个地下室unfinished 2000尺的colonial一样卖
吗？
所以一般都算地上面积，然后再说finished basement。finished basement可以加点钱
，但是绝对和地面上的面积不一样的。 |

发帖数: 9607 | 48 这也是我说的并不成功的DIY之一。作完后很纠结。可以安慰的就是至少表面算是翻新
了。
原先的厨房。
拆了微波炉，换了抽油烟机。买了同样的马赛克把原来微波炉空出的墙填上，基本看不
出来了。换了开关和插座面板的颜色。换了灯，家电。刷了墙。
请人装了台面。
刷橱柜尝试了minwax几乎所有产品线的产品，都不成。最后是用tinted finish，相当
于在表面套一层有色的塑料膜。主要原因是用常规的stain需要打磨很多，否则木头不
吃stain，而且另外橱柜的侧面板是贴皮的，也不吃stain。在木匠店推荐下用了水基的
general finish的水基finish。和transtint牌的染料，边调色边看，最后是3分Red
Mahogany加1分Dark Walnut。一共刷了5遍。
另外加了crown molding，这个很便宜，一共才花了20多块钱买原木枫木的crown
molding。自己用染料来stain木头然后加finish覆盖，看起来比橱柜均匀多了。
不满意主要是橱柜刷的还是不够均匀。接缝的地方比较深。另外切crown molding我是

发帖数: 1052 | 50 Aniline is very easy with stain, it will absorb the stain after a few days
and the stain will just disappear.
finished leather is not bonded. the difference of finished and aniline is
just like stain and paint on wood.
when a batch of hides are sent to a tannery, the best hides (<5%) are
selected for aniline dyed. another majority that are less desirable, more
markings, scars, color inconsistent etc. were for finished leather.
