正在看一个没有finish 地下室的房子。agent 说大概只需要1万就可以了。在本版刊了
一下，怎么觉得光是一个fullbath就要4000-5000刀啊？ |

expect they to do it free for you. But if you have a few handy friends, you
can throw a few basement finish parties, you might be able to get most of it
done in a few weekends (depending on the size I guess) Putting up studs and
dry walls is not exactly rocket science. |

HD. It gets kind of old if you have to ask here every step of the way.
Bathroom is not really that hard (most of the new house already have it pre-
plumbed, so you can finish it later).
Some time HD have class you can attend that teach you some basic stuff such
as laying tiles, it is not hard to do at all if you have the right tools.

系统，否则太浪费了。除非你将来在finish 地下室的时候想给地下室单独装一套空调
，否则在原来的管道上开几个口子就完事了，简单得很。 |

这种叫finish的估计用的是laminate，好一点家具的用的是veneer（是实木削出来的）,
更高档的家具就是solid wood拉（里外一致）。 |

请人做了sump bump system以后就该重新finish 地板了。地下室的concrete floor 质
量奇差无比，高低不平，最高处和最低处相差两寸以上。如果仅仅是倾斜的平面还好，
最操蛋的是高低不平都是localized。。。。

tub要不要上面的喷头，下面的阀门？vanity需不需要水龙头，下水要不要pvc的各种弯
管直管？光这加起来就是两三百。

卖主Finished了basement,也有CO. 所以把basement 1000 多sqrt算在living and
taxable sqrt 里面.但是我总觉的还是在地下，并不是出门就是同一水平面的院子，应
该打些折扣。光线也差一些。
自己没有可能挖的。walk-out basement一般需要地面稍微有坡度，要前高后低。一般
如果有天然条件，现代的developer几乎肯定是把房子弄成walk-out的，有时........ |

listing agent的解释如下：
“the builder did that on all the plans that added improvements including
the expanded lofts. They never changed sq. ftg. Because they sold them so
quickly they never changed with city and most people never wanted to change
that way they did not get assessed for additional sq ftg assessments!”
感觉listing agent不应该说谎。实际的面积Loan appraisal的时候会量。不过还是不
太踏实。要是到时候量出来的比MLS低，我们交的定金还可以要的回来吗？
我们的buy agent觉得不必去county去改。因为改了的话以后的税会高。可是... 阅读全帖 |

费送的，他们设计里面的media room和bathroom是要加钱加的，每个5000多。最后还有
一部分没finish是做储物间。

Inspection也发现了屋顶一些电线，接的比较业余，可能有火警的隐患。我们要求卖家
弄地下室的permit。卖家态度非常强硬，说或者cancel或者就这样接受。
问题是，我们现在inspection和贷款的appraisal钱都花了，是不是这时候walk away，
只能认倒霉了。可是心里很不爽，在disclosure完全看不出来地下室是没有permit的，
如果知道这样，这个房子可能根本不会要。请问，我们是不是只能认亏，还是可以从买
家要回inspection的钱呢。谢谢了。 |

的。否则把gym,什么都都搬到上面来，也不好看啊。
但是比如你投入5w，肯定不可能全收回来，收个2.5w就不错了。自己不是还享受了么？
氡气，只要你测过，做好通风，根本不是问题。 walkout basement和普通地面一层差
别并不大。 |
