DARE to touch the money in inappropriate ways at CRC, there's no guarantee
that no rat exists their. Purchase rebate and all other kinds of fishy
things can happen without even safeguarding. It's better to diversify the
resource and reduce such risk, although it bears so much more burden for 3k.
So I really appreciate 3k for so much good work.
