的穰山一战。大耳朵事先藏好了关羽和张飞，然后在赵云和许褚单挑了30合后，右有关羽
，左有张飞，两翼杀出，打了远道而来的曹操一个措手不及。
还有很多其他战例告诉我们两翼的重要。heck,80年代苏永舜的国家队也是靠着沈祥福和
古广明两翼起飞的招牌菜差点冲出亚洲。体现到橄榄球场上自然也不例外，就是WR了。但
是橄榄球的战阵又多了一些讲究，两个WR不少情况下有不同的分工。
从多数offense的基本阵形I-formation说起吧。这个basic I， 颇有点北宋年间太祖长拳
的意思。大家都会玩，又是很多其他formation的基础。 basic I有RB，FB，TE，两个WR
。TE列阵在某个OT的外边，这就是所谓的strong side. 一般来说，对於右手QB，TE列在
右边居多。因为QB roll out后自然方向是往右边奔。

今年快40了，体重167lbs, 171cm身高。
现在在控制饮食，制定计划。一周减两磅，一天可消耗说是1199卡。
早餐： 1 egg, 1 cup soy milk light, 1 slice of toast. total about 300卡，
午餐：减少米面，一般算下来 300 卡，
晚餐：无carb, 苹果一只，加香蕉一个。180 卡
零食：nuts,水果，180 卡。
早晚各跑10-15分钟，因为刚开始，跑不久，小腿肌肉很酸。希望能慢慢延长到半小时
以上。

发帖数: 379 | 17 星期六早上五点出发，七点到Leavenworth的加油站集合，一起开车到6.1 miles的
trailhead。Leader开了辆BMW的敞篷跑车，有个性。Trailhead那新盖了个小房子，马
路对面有片新开的停车场，以后再找不到营地可以考虑去那里蹭过夜。过了桥之后右转
，挨着就是个三叉路口，沿着中间那个走几步，马上右边就是上山的trail。似乎是在
修路，几条大路中间都停着施工车，把路给堵上了，倒是不容易走错。在停车场抬头就
能看到Yellowjacket Tower了，看着倒不是很远，尖尖的一个山峰。刚开始的那段
trail比较平，两侧鲜花盛开，最多的就是一串串紫色的小花，都开满了。很快路就陡
了起来，大概1 mile上升1500 ft，不过路况非常好，都是很结实的土路，个别地方要
翻个树枝、爬点石头什么的。好几个地方都看到了mountain goat，不过也许是同一只。
我一直以为mountain goat和Ibex是同一种生物、生活在不同的大陆，就跟白种人、黄
种人一样，不过leader一定说他们是两种不同的羊，好吧…

从与世界地理相关网站查阅到许多与南极地貌相关的知识，得知南极有一座座延绵起伏
、层峦迭嶂的雪山冰川。世界上最大最长的冰川兰伯特冰川（Lambert Glacier）就是
位于南极洲。8年前，我们全家探访新西兰时，曾经攀登过位于南岛的Fox冰川，那是一
段非常难忘的经历。因此，在计划这次南极行程时，攀登雪山冰川是爱好户外活动的我
们必选的南极登陆后的项目。
这次行程，我们有3次登陆攀登雪山冰川的经历，非常喜欢，不仅仅是因为“无限风光

overlap起来打你一个人。我觉得就翻译成后插上就行了，不需要太特指。你看训练视
频里面，插上以后options还挺多的。

嗯，如果要当FPS打，还是不要打，会非常上火。 despite bugs and performance
issues, the sheer scope of this game, the raw materials that BIS have
forged for gamers to make their own entertainment, their own stories with. I
can’t say that's a bad thing. I guess it just feel too real, as in
difficulty.
The AI is OK, it will freak out sometime, but in general, it holds it own, I
mean as long as they are in infantry mode, they will use sound and muzzle
flash to determine your location, use cover, doing flank maneuver

发帖数: 3422 | 36 嗯，有些骚扰很大的硬点是要敲掉的，比如说Mawlr第一阶段，防守方可以俯瞰中间重
生点camp，对这条交通要道有很大限制。 这种地方我死了一定重生回来把它敲掉。
operation不算阵地战，某些时间地点会出现必要的对峙，消耗大量火力人命。当然怎
么flanking，打破这种僵局就是最好玩的地方了。
Operation有点像BFBC2的rush mode，节奏更紧凑，变化更多（个人偏见）。

My story today: OP metro (RU), conquest
We lost all three objectives.
After getting A back we were stuck at the ticket hall contour. With a PKP I
flanked the enemy team, did a 7-8 kill streak to clear the way for my
almighty teammates to charge, they did it like snails and finally moved to
ticket gate.Then I passed out.
The only thing I remember at next respawn, is we are ALL kicked back to base
hall again.
