提个小参考，我觉得炖牛肉美国的牛肉很难炖出中国牛肉香味
不是汤不香，是肉不香。
我看ｍｍ的图片发现炖出来的肉有些柴，这不是你的问题是牛肉
的问题
炖牛肉要好吃，选材非常关键。美国超市所谓beef for stew 一样
不如牛腩炖出来好吃。这个没办法，牛腩里面含脂肪多
这样才能久炖不烂。
建议ｍｍ去中国店买beef flank 就是牛腩来炖，你会发现效果完全不一样
至于先炖后炒还是先炒后炖，我一向是先炒后炖，下次可以试试你的方法
