在罗姆尼的税率是13%，正常是39%，说明他有很大的减税能力；如果flat到15%，他还
是有动力去减，说不定搞一下能减到5%；如果他不去减，那么他绝对不会支持15%的
flat tax，因为他要交更多的税。
总之，收不到税是因为loophole太多，现在做的是减少loophole，而不是改成flat；恰

没见过400粒的COSTCO鱼油，想象瓶子应该会比上面说Nature Made 100粒的大，如果高

flat fee就好比payAsYouGo, 打几分钟电话（下几个offer)付几分钟钱，要下counter

按百分比收费就好比unlimited 包月，不管下几个offer最后得到的钱差不多（碰上要

所以买lanvin大半号正好。Manolo Blahnik的flats也舒服，主要是小根做得好。如果
它家不习惯尖头的，可以买圆头的。
别家的flats我基本都穿过，不如上述两家的。miumiu,prada算下一档比较好穿的
flats档次吧。不过穿久了还是很累。SF的鞋底普遍很硬，我很多年不买它家的鞋了。最近出的蛇皮系列flats还不错 |

没听说egg shell要加coating。flat不用primer是说，在旧的flat paint上刷新的漆，
不用加primer。eg-shell要primer，是说要在旧的egg shell上刷新漆，需要primer，
或者要sand。这是我原先研究刷漆时的心得。你赶快去网上研究下，不要被忽悠去4000
元。去HD找egg-shell，flat的漆，看上面的说明。 |

可以把过宽的那部分压到床垫下边， 这样小朋友睡在里面就蹬不掉flat sheet了，
因此也蹬不掉flat sheet上面的被子了。小孩子不会感冒， 冬天省暖气钱一大笔开销
。 早上叠被子也容易， 稍微拉两下就整齐了。

priority flat box可能贵一点点，但是速度会快一些，不过他的盒子比较薄。media
mail的话就可以自己找厚一点的盒子了，但是时间长担心路上会不会有问题。这两种方
式到底哪一种安全性比较高呢？有没有有经验的xdjm来说一下，谢谢

你查的没有错，这个是legal size的
但是和普通的flat rate信封一样都是硬纸的
（btw,普通大小的flat rate信封还有padded版本，泡沫都省得买了）
但是，你说的那种“像塑料纤维的材料，非常牢固，而且很轻”的是另外一种信封，比
lega size还要大，但是不是flat rate的
很多人拿这个信封当flat rate使因为体积大能塞的东西多，很多时候邮局也不一定会查
但是这是错误的用法 |

鱼友说河水很浅，可以看见鲥鱼密密麻麻地排在河底，人也很多，岸上站满了，还有鱼
警时时刻刻盯着，收获都不错。
我今天下午抽空去看了一下，75号highway几乎直达，到Flat Rock Dam的时候下午四点
多。因为阴雨大风的原因，水流比较急，看不见鱼了，钓鱼的人也不多，没有看见鱼警
。正好碰上几位鱼友收工准备回家，其中一位昨天钓了50条，今天又钓了10几条，只留
了两条。见到我之后，简单地介绍了鱼情，说是一天不如一天，看来渔汛已经接近尾声
，并把那两条送给我。
这下好了，立即鉴定一下到底是什么鱼，赫然发现上鳍的后面有一条很长的小辫子！图
示箭头处。Gizzard Shed确定无疑，我们这里彻底与american shed无缘了。。。。
当我把这两条鱼拿上车的时候，有个老美提醒我不可以拿别人钓的鱼，朋友也不可以，
要吃Ticket的，后来我就放了这两条鱼。
这个Flat Rock Dam坐落在Huroc Park之中，只是一个很矮小水坝，还是把鲥鱼全挡在

flat rate的最大问题，就是没有能力。如果你有能力，那完全不用flat rate帮忙，就
是借他来写个offer，便宜的比跟broker分成还便宜。
然后出了问题你还能告flat rate，让它顶缸，岂不美哉？
早就说了，湾区就应该每家一个realtor license，自己买 自己卖。 |

Why a buyer can get more from a non flat fee agent after a mistake happens?
You basically can't. You will not benefit at all if something goes wrong no
matter which type of agent u hired.
If TDS includes all problems and the buyer signed, I don't know how U can
sue the buyer agent. U need read the fucking paper u signed no matter flat
or not. Because both agents will throw you out of window easily.

的HuronRiver钓上了36条鲥鱼(shad)，大的有三镑左右，小的有0.8~1lbs。据说国内长
江鲥鱼已经夸张地卖到500元/斤http://jingji.cntv.cn/20100520/104597.shtml，因此，笑笑强烈建议组织一次活动。这个诱惑太大了，这等好消息一定得与各位鱼友分享，特别展开一次钓鲥鱼活动，鱼讯难得，机不可失。

一发二发都用topspin serve,发球没威胁，得不到easy points. 即使
这么保守，还是避免不了双误。打算增加一点发球的多样性，今天晚上练习
了slice serve 打外角和flat serve 打T。成功率好像不比我的topspin serve
差，打算以后在比赛中尝试用了。

价$1800），今天高速上听到“BANG“一声响，然后Indication of a flat tire 就亮
了(红色)。看了Manual，响声应该是模拟的报警声，但是基本原因是pressure 已经很
低，要马上送到dealer哪里去检查，但看来要换了，有问题向大家请教：
(1) 在dealer那里换run flat tires,要$1800，价格合理不？有没有办法便宜些？
(2) 除了run flat tires，可以有别的便宜的选择吗？如果是普通轮胎，会影响性能吗？

西让你开车只能向前不能后退,后退的话轮胎马上被路障上的钉子扎破,这是我事后问我
朋友才知道的).我当时经过那个路障的时候,发现车转弯幅度不够,必须倒车,否则就撞
到围墙了,所以我就倒了车,结果前轮胎马上flat了.
我还车的时候,和alamo的工作人员解释了事故经过,那个工作人员说既然flat tire 发
生在alamo的property上面,他们会负责的.可是我今天收到alamo damage recovery
unit部门的信, 说让我联系我的保险公司report the damage (flat tire). 信上还有
claim No.
请问这种事情发生,谁该负责. 如果我要负责,我租车用的american express的信用卡租
车保险的,不知道这种事情可以cover 吗

厂商recommend的最大胎压是35pound。无论是自己打气还是mechanic给我打气，我都是
要求32-33pound。作天我换engineer oil，还做了tyre rotation，mechanic说给我打
了32pound。我今早发现前胎仍然明显比后胎flat。我google了一下，这好像是正常
的，但还是想请教一下大家。

国际函件包括：明信片，信函，印刷品，盲人读物，邮简，和小包裹。
小包裹属于函件，这个切忌，而且限重是2公斤，美国邮政是4磅。
所以按照这种分类方式，美国邮政的first class mail international
和 priority mail international flat rate envelope 和 small flat rate
都算做国际函件。

我想用PRIORITY不透明的STICKER，把箱子四周的FLAT RATE字样都粘住，然后打印普通
PRIORITY的PACKAGE LABEL，贴上面用，请问各位老手，这样邮局会找碴吗？
我这个MAIL是寄给加拿大的，普通PRIORITY 23块，要是MEDIUM FLAT，我估计至少40。

我也用过flat rate box，好像也没有被退回来过。不过，我有把所有的flat rate box
