既然可以遇见这种仓库发生了火灾会爆炸，会伤到周围居民，消防队没有立即灭火的设
备技术，也没有使群众安全撤离的措施，那么这种仓库就不该建在这个地方。
这种仓库一直都是危险区域，有几个人在里面，失火了怎么逃生，逃出来在哪里集合，
平时就应该有演习，消防队不用进去就能知道。
灭火课程，对不起，标准的灭火课程开章是火的原理，接着就是判断fight or flee,然
后才是灭火的方法。我不知道消防员的灭火课程怎样。
这种仓库，本来就应该设计成多处防火隔离。局部失火就算不去做任何灭火的动作，也
不会蔓延，要去就是去减少那个隔离空间的损失，那个空间有人当人要救。但是为了阻
挡火势蔓延和爆炸，影响到周围居民，而要消防队冒着生命危险去灭火。这个仓库设计
本来就有问题。
我们做化学的知道如果出现很严重的事故，那通常是多处违章。做化学接受过正规训练
，有一些工作经验的人都能想到，并不是事后诸葛。你想不到只因为你是外行。当然所
