系里帮助学生是正常的，他们一是弱者，学校保护的对象，二是学生的意见会影响系的
名誉。
对于新Faculty，给学生成绩要按照系里的Climate or norms。如果大部分都是
flexible,你也可以flexible，但是千万不能让人感到你是用分数贿赂学生，Be
Professional。我是感到最好是让学生感到你的课内容很Challenge能学到东西，而不
是你的考试。如果你课上的不好，学生感到考试难，他们会私下在学生，甚至是新来的
学生中议论的。 |

她要求我们随时接电话，让想买房的人来看房子。我们的合同6月底到期，不打算续租
了。谁知道房子什么时候换主人啊，不能续。
我基本都呆在家，所以一会来人一会来人真的很烦人，而且就是一个卧室的小CONDO,躲
都没有地方躲
我们之前问房东，能不能一周安排三个时间段给人
比如说周一周二的下午1点到4点，再安排一个周末的上午10点到12点
结果房东不乐意，要求除了周一周二的下午以外，需要一个周末的4个小时
同时在规定时间来不了的人，租客也好，买家也好，只要电话预约我们，我们就要让他
们来。
请问作为租客，我们有义务同意房东这样的要求么？
一周安排三个半天来看房还不够么？
我们的合同只规定：搬出前提前2个月通知房东和允许房东在约好的情况下来inspect or repair the condo, 没有规定我们需要协助看房.

traditional IRA accounts even by a tiny bit in the early years through some
trading, you'd get a much larger return in the end. And traditional IRA does
give you more flexibility over most 401k in terms of investement selections

I would suggest you stick with MFs. As an investor, you don't need

Check with your HR department about additional saving programs. My employer
has a fixed 403b, a flexible 403b and a 457 plan.

AGI to 15% bracket with 403b contribution.

interest for the 1st 10 years and wash (0%) loan after 10 years? My son can
take at least 60% of (Year 30 - 685832) and not pay back without affecting

I tend to prefer design questions over pure algorithms coding for especially
experinced developers during the interview.It is more important to work, in
most of the cases.
It is easy to differentiate the level of candidates.I would not want to hire
who just coding and coding without thinking.

双码工和双FACULTY都是非典型案例。
我觉得AVERAGE码工在湾区大概能拿到12，3万（不是人人都是FLG的，而且好像超过17
万要多交5%的联邦税）。老婆干一般行业，7，8万。一家20万。物价贵，税高，学区性
价比差。
然后FACULTY大农村8万多，老婆完全待业不可能把，FACULTY老婆至少MASTER吧，怎么
也能挣个4，5万把，一家13万。但物价便宜，学区性价比好。
我说的都是起始工资。
干到退休。谁详细算算？
