问大家去了恩爱夫妻营后有什么感觉，大家的感觉都是，“后悔—-后悔咋早没去呢？
”有会友总结说，大家都像慢跑得渐渐脱水的人一样，都不知道自己脱水了，还觉得我
们这样的生活很正常，因为放眼望去，周围的人都是这样过着生活。去了恩爱夫妻营以
后才知道我们其实都是病人，其实我们面前正摆着一杯特别清凉的水，我们只需要伸出
手。。。
去前，好几个男同胞都特别紧张，一怕变成批斗会的对象。二怕自己私下里都没说过什
么甜言蜜语怎么可能在大众面前发出爱的宣言？当天下午，大家的顾虑就完全被打消。
大家有泪水，却有更多的欢声笑语。A说自己的脸都笑痛了，还有个会友说在营会中看
到那些真实的爱情故事比琼瑶小说和那些chick flick里的都更动人，更精彩。我自己
去之前还挺怀疑的，大家把这个夫妻营讲得这么好，能达到这个期望值吗？但是在营会
中，却是惊喜连连，实在是很值得的。最感动的还有三对带领同工（本来还有四对同
工的）来‘服侍’我们这十四对夫妻，弄得我们受宠若惊。他们这些带领同工也是全情

件地址没有编辑过手机信息的，而且还都是网名，没几个正经名字。我一同步，全跑我
手机联系人里了。我思想落后，手机联系人主要还是当电话簿使，本来就几十个带电话
号码的联系人，现在全掺和在这几百个没电话没名字的人里，每次找个人我都得从头翻
到尾，flick十几次啊。你问我为啥不输入首字母查找？我的联系人本来大部分是中文
名字啊，Mango没出，中文检索不了啊。就算Mango解决了检索问题，我也不愿意看着那

You are right. It is difficult for forehand high serve to look like forehand
low serve, because good high serve requires a large swing, and if you slow
down to serve low, you lose precision.
Instead, you can serve backhand: low serve or flick serve. The preparation
looks the same. |

1. Your serve quality is not very good (e.g., too high) so she has ample
time to make a good return
2. You did not get ready in front of the net and lift your racket up right
after the serve in order to counter a quick attack if the return was not

returning person and sometimes they dare not to take too much risk.

周二在GALE RANCH HIGH SCHOOL玩的还挺HI。崭新的木地板球场，光线也很充足。DROP
IN $5, 6:30~9:30pm.一共6个场。连我自己一共只有8个人玩（可能和周二是寒假后开
放羽球的第一天有关），其中6个阿印、2个华人。水平较高的一组四个阿印水平还不错
，基本功、姿势、力量应至少可在B组打。我在低水平一组，和阿印搭档。5局赢了三局
。主要赢在体力上，被制了几个FLICK和后场球。
基于第一次的经历很愉快，打算下周二再去。按目前体力一周两次强度刚好。等水平提
高一些后再去BINGTANG DUBLIN混。
Ruyang, 在Pleasant hill我一般在进门最右边区（初级区）打，所以可能我们还未交手
过。：-）下次聚聚。 |

problem and while angry I took apart the reel, after the lines got sorted,
I found out after reassembling the reel, the pick up or bail part does not
work as before, basically when it is working appropriately it will bounce
when you flick it back after casting, but it does not bounce anymore. There
was some sort of spring inside, I tried several combinations, it did not
work, does anyone has such experience before?

Texas rig插头部之后在作穿饵。特别对Yum Dinger这类比Senko稍微轻一点的。加
jighead的也可以，用weedless wacky jighead作wacky rig，但是wacky jig配合Senko
类的粗棒子不如Jackall Flick Shake/Zoom Trick Worm这类来的合适和必要。 |

仅凭手里的相机是远远不够的.
最好要培养自己的人文气质. 一头飘逸的长发永远胜过闪亮的光头(每天洗头).
如果有能力, 最好留一点点胡须, 但不要太长. 香水可以用一点(不要喷太多)
同时多看看欧美电影, 不仅要看, 而且电影的名字(英文)一定要背熟. 男女主人公的英
文名要熟记并能流利的说出来.
有机会多去博物馆, 多看看油画, 你可以不懂得美, 但是一定要发挥理工男的长处, 熟记画名,作者, 还有作者的国家(这点也很重要, 你不能说毕加索是意大利的吧).
多听听各种流派的音乐作品, google一下肖邦 巴赫 贝多芬, 听一下相关的曲目, 能对的上号就行.最好搞明白约翰施特劳斯和理查施特劳斯的区别，熟悉关于老柴是GAY的八卦，以及舒曼跟彪罗女儿私奔的来龙去脉，等等等等，这样就可以吹牛了

原则上，这球，我不这么处理，走另一套步骤。要么使劲儿旋，要么打空区。

1.5倍， 高度是从球台为起点到你脖子左右的， 这个胶皮后面沾上木板（沾上碳板就
更牛了），底下放上长凳子，把这块大胶皮给直立起来。
这样，你模拟的可就是最真实的画面了，而且对手是战无不胜的，永远都接得到你的球
。而且还动不动就flick一把，而且远台可以被保证。
光靠木板，远达不到那种胶皮的弹性效果。 |
