而且，看样子楼主是把闹觉，当作洗澡一样的routine的，这个是不对的。
应该避免闹觉，在娃们情绪都好的时候，做好入睡准备。
我有实践经验。
我坐月子和忙老二的时候，晚上老公和我妈就会磨蹭到老大闹觉，不干这个不干那个，
大哭大闹，拽都拽不起来，浪费时间无数，干什么都不成，家里吼声此起彼伏，哭声震
天，本来20分钟的洗漱floss洗澡，能拖一个小时还多，还往往剩几样做不了。
我今晚回帖时，写到一半，发现到时间了，带老大去洗手间，给他刷牙，然后因为他配
合张嘴长得好，我奖励他自己漱口，漱口七次，每吐一口都报数字，同时我在他卧室拿
新睡衣出来，set up lotion 和浴巾，简单clean up。
漱口完毕，我放淋浴的水，让他自己脱衣服，他要求泡澡，我说只有白天要求洗澡才能
泡，晚上只能淋浴。
淋浴，抹lotion，floss，他自己穿睡衣，我收拾，他穿错，我纠正下，然后他去叫姥
姥。
整套下来不到30分钟。
我家两个作息也不一样，一样反倒不好弄。
我在train老二，他最近可以6点多独立入睡，但是下午常休息不好，所以也会5点多睡

有种小孩的floss,不是线，就是要把缝隙搞大一点。
小孩的牙医跟大人很不一样，而且很少。对，就是先打电话问没有保险怎么算钱，如果
是私人诊所的话，会酌情减免一点给个discount的。

全干净，后来也是发现牙床红肿，有一个特别严重，都有一个红包鼓出来，味道也很难
闻。这期间我去找牙医调了好几次，她把牙套边缘磨一磨，教我怎么floss around it,
照做，情况还是不见好转，最后大概是七岁左右把那颗牙拔掉了，那颗牙正常是十岁左
右才换的，不过拔掉以后新牙倒是很快长出来了。另外一颗牙套牙今年夏天突然松动，
一个月不到就掉了，速度绝对不正常。所以我对牙套这个做法持怀疑态度，但我也不知
道如果不戴牙套会怎样。我学到的教训是要早开始看牙，两岁就应该去，每半年洗牙一
定要去，早期的蛀牙很好修复，也就根本不需要戴牙套。我老二的牙就很好，哥哥遭的
罪也算有些价值。 |

刺猬Reach Total Care toothbrush or floss 这周1刀一个，周日的报纸SS上有一张
buy 1 save $1和buy 2 save $2.50的胖胖，另外，coupons.com上有save $2.00 on
any two reach toothebrushes 和 save $1.00 on any reach floss.
如果运气好，可以在店里见到买4个reach产品 get $5 的胖胖，这个是only redeem in
CVS。记住结账的时候，这个胖胖要先给，会从total里减去5刀，这样其它的reach胖
胖还可以用，不然的话，如果你买的reach的东东必须大于4个才可以用其它的reach胖

有个精致的带floss的牙刷，包装精美，偏贵。
正研究中，旁边一个30几岁的黑人妇女，面善，带了两个孩子购物，
主动告诉我，这个精美的带floss的牙刷不错，也是$2.99，但是价签没更新。
忘记价格了，白色标签价格似乎是$3.49，没有减价黄标签。
我说：确实是，这个牙刷看着不错。好，那我就买1个。
然后买了其他几样东西，去结帐了，正在结帐时，刚才那个妇女的女儿，大概7-8岁的
样子，手里拿了一样东西，给我了，一看，是$1.50 off的coupon
我顿时热泪盈眶，感觉人间自有真情在，一个素昧平生的人，竟然在最需要的时候，伸
