跑这里来看gum specialist,人家一看,提出治疗方案: gum专门切开深度clean,一年洗
牙4次,该补的补,该做crown的做crown,还要坚持用floss.两年过后,gum显著好转. 我自
己的牙齿自己知道,比在国内好多了.
另外评论下面你贴的帖子,洗牙是要洗的.那个主要是clean那些牙齿上的附着后对gum很
有好处,否则你的gum会很差. gum不好对以后的新牙也有影响. |

四颗智齿一直没拔，现在也没有疼或者其他感觉，在美国看的几个牙医都建议我把它们
拔了，主要原因是第一智齿太靠后了，我自己够不着清洁和floss，其次是下面的牙齿
太多，中间有一颗牙挤得有点歪。
牙医给我的估价很贵。拔一颗需要800多，这其中包括牙拔掉以后的bone replacement
，我想问一下：
1。智齿真的需要拔么？如果拔的话。bone replacement一定需要么？如果在国内做怎
么样？
2。牙医还推荐了一个deep cleaning,这个在国内能做么？

我们两个自己带两个孩子的时候，早上爸爸下楼准备早饭和孩子的午饭，妈妈洗澡然后
收拾孩子起床，孩子下楼吃饭爸爸上楼洗澡，爸爸送上学然后上班，妈妈收拾好自己上
班。下班一个人接两个孩子，另一个人先回家准备晚饭。吃完饭收拾的时候孩子自己玩
，然后讲书等等事情，然后上楼睡觉，睡觉前的flossing,brush,等等事情有时一个人
有时两个人完成。总之爸爸的作用是巨大的。你需要把爸爸列入到daily plan之中。
如果爸爸工作太忙，就只能想折中的办法了。买半成品，外卖，或者提前把肉类做好，
或者请人做饭，或者请人打扫。周末送兴趣班和卖菜爸爸总可以分担一样吧，账单，修
东西，refi都可以爸爸做。不要把自己当成超人，学会share responsibility and
trust. 不要想着爸爸不会做不好等等，做差一点有什么关系呢，小问题不要较真，做
多了就好了。 |

the drainage pipe. The only very little chance for it is to block the U-Bend

The diagnosis by me, a retired bare-foot doctor, is gingivostomatitis. If
it's viral, no antibiotics works on it, and your body would heal itself :)
So the goal is to reduce symptoms. Medicated mouth rinses is advisable. We
can start with warm salt water, a lot of OTCs contain Xylocaine, which numbs
the gum. Other things you can try are
1. Soft, bland (non-spicy) foods.
2. Gentle brushing and flossing
3. :) painkiller, both Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen work, but I personally

头发和human waste/tissue的区别是头发很硬，有缠绕性，如果管道上有一个小缺陷，
突起之类，就会挂住头发，特别是长头发，然后越积越多。
基本上是常识，头发，floss之类的东西不要扔马桶。 |

instrument to scrape it off. You may try too, but be careful. brush, floss and
mouth rinse often is the only thing you can do. Make sure you buy all the
dental products, like toothpaste, mouth rinse with the anti-cavity
ingredient(fluoride).

of our teeth since kid.
then need to do a surgical procedure; by slice open your gum, and deep down
to your roots and scrapt out all the tough 'tar tar'buried underneath which
was very difficult to clean during personal daily hygenic procedures, even
with flossing.

supermarket where they sell dental floss, there are also externally applied
oral analgestics.
You do need to consult a dentist, rather than trying to take antibiotics by
yourself. The treatement probably involves pulling out the wisdom tooth. |
