今天去了趟Wheaton的IRS, 结果事情没办成, 反而吃了张Ticket.
我当时停在Grandview Ave上, 是一个one-way street, meter在左边, 车就停在了
meter旁边,也就是左边.
我的理解是Parked Against Flow of Traffic是只适用于two-way的(不能停在路左侧),
因为那样说明你停的时候肯定跨中间线了, 但我在网上搜了一下没看见也适用于单行
道啊
哪位有类似经验或知识的希望能指点一下, 如果真是我错了, 就老老实实交钱好了, $

开到最左超车道，然后马上就被警察拦下来了。我说我一直follow traffic flow，警
察说他不能抓所有人，还说我一直在超车。在他拦下我之前，副驾一直在摄像，5分钟
的录像证明不断有车超我，而我只超了两辆大车，落后于所有小车。罚单上写speed
approx. 75+, 又注明* raced @84mph，speed limit是 65。我当时没有特别注意车速
具体是多少，75应该是有的，但有没有84我就不知道了。这种情况下应该怎么argue？
另，我刚搬到加州，还没换牌照，好像特别容易引起警察注意，前几天又被拦下说我的
牌照是卡车牌照，询问了一番。。。加州政府很缺钱吧？
再另，我想推迟trial，让警察对这件事的印象变淡再trial，这样可能要推到7月底，
那是不是应该在这之前把牌照换了？不换会不会引来新麻烦？暂时还不想换牌照、驾照
，因为我可能半年又要搬走。

洁了Mass Air Flow sensor,跑了一趟高速之后灯灭了。可没过几天灯又亮了。有高人
知道该怎么办吗？修车铺的说要换一个新sensor，就怕不是sensor的问题啊。先谢谢了

，是不是应该用formula B? 还是投资房都用formula A算positive cash flow？

A: RentRate - PITI - HOA - maintenance/repair > 0
B: RentRate - ITI -HOA - maintenance/repair > 0

过瓶来应该没奶出来吧？按外面奶嘴有细细一股喷出，而dr brown的是一滴滴，我泵奶
也一滴滴的，有时有细细一股，所以宝宝更喜欢dr brown的？是不是我用breastflow的
哪里用的不对？comotomo更好吗？这个吃起来啥特点？这个好像比较贵啊，要不要试试？
现在宝宝也可以都吃，瓶要试试才开始吃，胸有时不耐心，因为奶不那么多，有时吸不
好。

没用过jupyter的要小心。bug不多，但是这个working flow真的不容易。
还真不是一两个人在摸索和挣扎...。
数学家楼主在jupyter notebook浏览器，spyder,qtconsole之间
切换。真的非常蛋疼。但他有很好的理由...
我十多年前用过maple,还给他们报过chebyshev级数的bug。
后来用mathmatica写过几百页打印纸的程序。
所以我知道这个cell的概念问题很多。我认为一定要多重启kernal。
到麻烦的你受不了的时候，只好回去找新的working flow。
现在实践和我查下来，最靠谱的就两种:

1. 这里的cf是股东和债权人总共的cf，对吗？
2. interest expense不是可以抵税吗？这里为什么只考虑depreciation的抵税效应？是假定债
权人也要缴纳税金，并且税率和公司税率一样？ |

endothelial表达）。细胞数量很少，大约10万，所以synthase的表达估计信号也很弱
。我想测刺激
前和刺激后的synthase的表达是否有变化，我估计就算有也非常小。
这种情况下，是不是用flow会更好一点？比如如果增加只是2%，flow的结果会比较
reliable的吧。
我不是很熟western。但是我觉得western对于蛋白表达量要比较高才能看到，而且不能
定量比较（不
知道对不对？），尤其是量差很小的时候，容易被noise掩盖。
请高手指点。 |

marker以区分muscle和endothelial cells,也不错.另外,flow不仅可以知道蛋白的总体
增加量,而且还可以知道有多少细胞增加了该蛋白. |

一致，特别是刺激前后的变化不一致（这非常可能的吧），那我用flow测每个细胞的变
化，然后做统计处理，这样更能接近真实情况的吧。
sort的话，会损失很多细胞的吧。
而且我主要是觉得muscle cells会产生干扰，也许很低，也许很高；如果用flow，可以
很容易看出是否有干扰，以及干扰到什么程度。

细部一起37度30-60min,用酸性的buffer洗掉表面接合的荧光标记蛋白，然后用flow定
量一下荧光强度。不过我同时结合confocal检测的胞吞后的亚细部定位。

再做。有什么注意的？我查了一下，有两个方案：
1.放在cryoprotectant里面， 比如DMSO，冻起来。
2. make single cell suspension, 然后保存在ethanol里面。
另外，以前直接冻在-80度的tissue (没有cryoprotectant) 可不可以拿来做flow?

HT，只有4个fluorescence channel。打算升级到10来个fluorescence channel的f
low cytometer。Guava有12HT的option，三个laser，13个fluorescence channel，
大概$120k。
但是Guava不是用传统的sheath fluid，可能没有其他牌子的好。想问问大家有没有
什么牌子的microplate-based flow cytometer推荐？预算$100k到$150k。

在cash flow statement里。预测的话company report里一般会有guidance。或者打电
话直接问吧。

sheet, I think you need to project cash flows...It's silly, if you don't
know what the company will do in the next couple of years, and even if you
know, that doesn't mean sh*t.

reconcile any conflicts or questions between the income statement and
balance sheet.
Sometimes if you just look at balance sheet and income statements, you will
not know exactly how the operationg cash flow is. E.g. some depreciation
might have been capitalized or included into SG&A rather than a single item

涉及granular flow的过程很多，凡是与固体粉末输送有关的东西都与granular
flow相关，在很多化工过程里都有。
也许可以联系一下炼油的、制药的，还有煤加工等相关的行业
举个最简单的例子，打印机和复印机的墨粉不就是有关么
还有做流化床的，做锅炉燃烧的，做煤粉输送的，都有关。
实在不行去研究环境好了，研究怎样控制沙子流动，怎样预测和阻止山体滑坡
