我的iron shot 大多会push。试了rotate club head 结果控制不好又hook了。昨天突
然想到一个可能的解决办法，就是follow through时右大臂和肩膀从下巴下面过。 我
现在的follow through 右大臂都快捂到嘴了，我想这导致我的follow though的plain
太直，club head rotation 不够。我在家试了一下改进的swing,感觉不错。一是
follow through的平面平了一点，另外上半身在follow though时的rotation不会被下
巴block.swing感觉更自然了些，club head 应该会自然rotate。我常看到书上说back
swing时左肩要clear下巴，但没见过讲follow through要怎样。我想从直觉上讲，为了
使整个swing plain更一致，follow through时右肩也应在下巴下面。不过在youtube上
看了一些pro的swing,看不太清楚。今晚我要到driving range试一下，看看效果如何再

结果得到的回复很少，在为数极少的回复里也是寥寥数语。我现在是在485 pending.
老婆现在在国内，就盼着赶紧绿卡下来可以给她申请，就是用follow to join的方式。
前一段时间在网上搜集了一些相关的资料，在这里总结一下。希望对有这方面需要的朋
友有所帮助，也是为了自己能理一下头绪，为今后的申请做好准备。即使是要找律师，
也不要被律师给忽悠了，先做到心中有数。

发帖数: 3987 | 9 大概就是cam follower先磨损。说07及以前的high pressure pump（Audi和VW turbo）常碰到的问题。
拆了pump检查follower和camshaft的lobe，follower磨损厉害的话，camshaft lobe也会被磨损。链接里第二个case开了58k，没有磨损camshaft lobe。follower base的黑色部分被磨完了，不过还在。应该是整个base都磨完了,pump plunger的tip才会磨到camshaft lobe。
如果camshaft lobe有严重磨损，但是plunger没事，换follower和camshaft。
如果plunger tip也严重磨损，泥马整个pump就要换了。（dealership TSB）
具体操作链接：
vw或者audi turbo，07年之前的同学们都自行检查吧。一个follower10块左右，趁早换，因为早晚都要换的。不在manual里，悠着点，各位。
我是不太确定能不能拆下来那个pump了。。。只好去dealer搞了。

放学有空和仓鼠玩，拍它各种有趣的行为，各种营养搭配喂食，清洁，沙洗（仓鼠要
个沙盘给打滚当洗澡，沙还要筛过洗过晒干），久不久做各种主题的playgrund(小木梯
，小玩具，小通道给它钻呀爬的)，每天给它照相。。。。还不够，几个月前，开通了
twitter, 先是点赞别人，follow 别人，同时tweet自己的小仓鼠，晒小仓鼠照片。这
不，渐渐的，follower 也来了，一天几个，十几个，或几十个，昨天，她告诉我，过
700人 了。有了这群follower, 她更痴迷小仓鼠的事情了，因为这些follower 是宠物
爱好者，也是因感兴趣她的小仓鼠而来的。于是这小仓鼠更成了她日常生活中不可缺或
的一部分。
孩子倒是很自豪有这些follower, 我目前没有发现什么负面影响，但还是想听听有经验

朋友现在是L1A，人在美国，他所在公司正在给他申请EB-1C，140和485等材料还没有正
式提交到USCIS。
朋友的老婆和孩子在中国国内，目前没有办理过任何美国签证。因为老婆的工作非常好
，并且孩子还小，所以老婆孩子在未来半年到一年内还没有来美国的打算。
朋友想趁他申请EB1C的时候就帮老婆孩子申请好，但是他公司负责他case的工作人员说
公司不受理“consulate processing”,让他自己找律师做“follow to join”。
朋友现在决定为老婆孩子申请“follow to join", 现在他主要有如下一些问题:
1. 是不是在他的EB1C获批之前，他必须file他老婆孩子的申请材料？还是说他可以等
到他的EB1C获批之后，他再慢慢帮他老婆孩子申请？毕竟他们现在还不打算来美国，朋
友正在给老婆做思想工作，但又不想耽误自己的申请。

also keep your swing thought as simple as possible, be less mechanical and
more natural.
记得某个golf legend出过一本书,里面有张夹页, 上面画了一条红红的直线,只是在最

宜，AA当年只是保证不因种族或者皮肤被歧视，现在反过来要靠这个占便宜了。
还有follow your heart这类鸟词，follow个屁，我还想不劳而获，夜夜笙歌呢，纯粹
给自私懒惰这些玩意找个好听的理由罢了。人类都这么follow自己的心还得了？
老美很多这种听上去很美，好像特普世的词，但是仔细想想都不是好玩意。大家想想还

带他去gymboree有一个月了，包括上课和open play。我都尽量引导他follow老师指令
，即使是open play的几次circle
time也是如此，他大部分时间也能被活动吸引住，但是也经常四处游走，而且我觉得他
并不是因为理解了要follow老师指
令，才做那些的，只是被吸引而已。
同时还在上社区大学的development class，也有几次circle time，时间比较长，要唱
歌将故事数数做动作等，大概30分
钟的样子，我娃比大部分孩子坐的时间都短，而且不像别的孩子那样妈妈一叫就回来或
者有反应，那个教室里玩具很多，
也不断有别的溜号的孩子在玩，但是我是很像让娃学习守规矩的。
之前只是断断续续去过一些play group，都没有这么长的需要focus的时间，就在最近
一个月开始集体活动比较多的，不知
道这种程度算不算落后，需要多久能赶上来，还有，最重要的，有什么办法帮娃学习
follow instruction呢？不想娃上了幼
儿园被老师嫌弃啊。。。 |

MUSIC TOGETHER,我们是FOLLOW同一个老师上了三个学期； 第一个学期她对老师基本没

本人在知名大公司，最近申请了一个较小公司的职位。被问为什么换工作的时候回答说
是老婆想换工作所以想一起搬到大城市。电话面试的时候3个人，其中一个职位较高，
另两个是engineer，但他们都不在公司本部上班。后来知道Hiring manager在公司本部
但没有参加电话面试。职位较高的那个人电面时说“you will have a boss". 电话面
试很顺利，那个职位较高的人结束时说让我去onsite，还说他们招了很久招不到，问我
是怎么知道这个职位的，等等。还问了我老婆是做什么的。电面完了之后他发email让
我把老婆的resume发过去给他和HR，说看看有没有合适的opening。
职位较高者跟我一样是Ph.D,我在想不知是否因此而看重我。本想着准备去onsite了，
结果HR发信说hiring manager想跟我skype面试。我说行啊。毕竟他才是招人的
mananger，没有参加电面就让我过去可能不放心。Skype面试也挺顺利，对方是一老头
。结束的时候说让我过去onsite，来个face to face。还讲了些他们公司地理位置如何

似经验的能够分享：
我2012.10. 2结婚， 2013.2.14 I485批准拿到绿卡（也就是说是在批准前结婚的），
现在想帮配偶搬移民，请问I824有没有时间的限制，因为已经拿到绿卡快2年了， 现在
才申请follow to join .
另外就是递交I824时除了824 申请表， 搜集了一下帖子的总结， 说还需要提供以下材
料：
1. 结婚证
2. 绿卡影本
3. 配偶出生证
4. I485 approval notice
5. 移民申请副件
请问以上第5项， 移民申请副件是指什么？另外请问好心人， 有没有人知道到底申请
i824 follow to join需要提交哪些支持文件？ 我实在找不到相关的答案， 先谢谢大

如果老婆j1在美国 waiver很磨蹭 或者没办下来
等waiver下来的时候 老公绿卡已经批了
那样的话
还能通过follow to join么

想請問各位前輩 小弟我今年一月結婚 然後四月的時候在美國境內轉換身分(Adjust of
status)拿到綠卡 由於我是透過EB2(employment-based)拿到身分 我便以FOLLOW-TO-
JOIN的方式幫我老婆申請移民 I-864在六月的時候已經核准了 資料也已經交給NVC 正
在等領事館的面試
我想請問:
1. 有沒有人有EB2/3 FOLLOW-TO－JOIN的面試經驗 可以分享?
2. NVC會提供領事館什麼資料? 是我最早EMPLOYMENT BASED的PETITION 還是I-864?
FOLLOW-TO-JOIN面試主要問題 是集中在我的工作? 還是集中在我和我老婆的婚姻是真
的還是假的?

大家好！我已经为妻子申请了I-824 （Follow to join).十一月份递上去了，估计今年
上半年就会在广州大使馆面试获得绿卡。春节马上要到了，想请妻子过来两周，不知道
申请探亲或旅游签证会不会批准？谢谢。 |

要想让配偶follow to join，主申请人申请绿卡时配偶必须在国外吗？我在某网站上看
到以下这点，不太明白：
Spouses and the children of the applicants must have been living abroad when
the applicants entered the United States with their green cards or adjusted
their status to permanent residence from within the country.
另外， follow to join 可以自己弄DIY 吗？如果是，好弄吗？还是得让律师弄？

很多人说EB类配偶合法在美国境内的情况下
follow to join实际上是适用485表格的

条款
那么这里的"follow to join"是不是只是借用了一个term，而不是移民局定义的需要交
824表格的follow to join呢？
具体操作是不是和我们普通交485 package一样的而不需要交824表格？ |
