北边，离纽约州立大学石溪分校很近。老头和77岁妻子在商场里的饮食部喝咖啡，商场
保安要求他将T恤反过来穿，他拒绝，因此被扣帽，安上其他罪名，并由警察逮捕，连
轮椅一起带走。
这个商场保安素质低劣，都是一些不三不四的人，相信石溪分校的同学们都知道。长岛
的警察也非常恶劣，比纽约市的好不到哪里，平均年薪还在10万以上，其他福利很多，
包括财产税打很大折扣，是变相津贴，除此之外，还要到处吃白食，这一点其他地区的
美国警察也一样，公然违法，还是没人敢惹。
有个没来过美国的网友声称在美国可以到处在公共场所游行，呵呵！连衣服上的字都会
给你带来麻烦！来美国还是谨慎点吧！入境随俗，千万不要做异想天开的蠢事。

并不一定需要有生命危险
另外法律还规定当对方试图对你进行forcible felony的时候你可以合法用枪自卫
或者当对方试图进入或者已经进入你的住宅或其他居所(比如帐篷)或你在内时的车辆
法律直接assume对方有进行暴力犯罪的意图,也可以合法自卫
并immune from civil or criminal charge
简单的说就是,绝不只有在你面临死亡威胁时才可以用枪. |
